The reason being as per Hindu Mythology birth n death of every living creature is pre decided. Now, as you said tobacco is responsible for the death of that 29 yrs young man in Rajkot. But my argument is that if it was scheduled to happen & decided by Superimo on the day of his birth, can you change it. Pl apply yr religious knowledge to solve it.
