Golf spikes rubber are so easy to replace. I buy unopened packages of golf spikes so if I have shoes requiring replacements I can sell them on eBay used and get a great price
Thank you for doing these videos! Even though I don't *need* to go out sourcing because I have bins and bins of vintage stuff from my family, I started watching to get an idea of what sells well and for how much. But since you have dispensed some great info, and sourcing is half the fun of selling on eBay, yesterday I went to 9 yard sales and my best finds were 2 vintage dolls with accessories for $10, and a *free* box with 6 Ursala LeGuin paperback in it--I was surprised to see how much those have sold for on eBay. I also picked up dozens of toy figurines for next to nothing and looks like most will sell for about $10 each. I love that your videos are concise, filled with really helpful info, and you don't do long rambling intros (which too many TH-camrs do!) Thanks for taking the time to share your knowedge!
Hi Wick. Just wanted to give you a tip you may or may not know about. Use The Pink Stuff to clean your shoes or anything else for that matter. I got the dollar tree brand and it work GREAT! Things I thought had permanent marks are now spotless. Makes clean-up so much faster and easier. Every reseller should have this in their cleaning kit. I hope this helps someone. Game changer for me. Thanks for always helping me. Take care
@@chriscubb7361 I haven't tried it on clothes. It couldn't hurt to try. I will the next time I need to wash something with those kinds of stains. Good luck.
I was in a thrift store this weekend, thought I’d give the shoe aisle a chance and as I started, said to myself, “what would Wick do?” No scores in the shoe aisle but found a Garmin widescreen for 3.99 that sells for about $60-80. WWWD! 🤘😎👍
I swear, the employees at the Goodwill near me must be keeping the goods for themselves. Because all that's on the shelves there is junk. Enjoyed your video.
yup i can confirm this from experience. i was working on a remodeling job for one of the offices in the back of a local Goodwill. on one of my bathroom breaks i walked past a room of people digging through some stuff and asked what was going on since they didn’t have their uniforms on. they showed me their employee tags and said they were grabbing anything they wanted before it went out to the shelves. thought nothing of it at the time but now that im getting into reselling it makes sense that I don’t see that much valuable shit out at that local Goodwill 😂
I have a lot of pieces to that castle set and was going to lot them up cheap to get rid of. I am so glad I saw this video as I had no ideal it was worth so much money
Those 1994 adventure castle sets are GOLD! I specifically hunt for them and have been amazed how many are out there. Makes me wonder how many I have walked past this year.
Best vlog is when you have both poker, hockey, and drinking involved. Every year I look forward to those because tipsy Daniel is hilarious Daniel! Good luck dnegs!
Very nice haul wick cool items alway learning with your video contents on what to find out in the wild but good will r over charging for all there stuff now a days but I still find stuff that falls through the cracks
My Goodwill would have sold those Doc Martens for $29.95, even with the flaw. 😛 But they also let some things slip for cheap. Just gotta play the numbers game.
Thank you for the updates. I started my small resell business last year. I have learned a lot from you and a few others that I am following. I am just curious, in order to be more successful, is having more than one platform to sell or is it a combo of that plus having a TH-cam channel which I have neither. I just dont have that youtube charisma... Also do you consult / review other reseller's ebay stores to see what changes could make them more visible?
Selling on other platforms helps, but not necessary. I don't think I get many sales because of TH-cam. Unless people buy and never mention it lol. I've had some people ask me to look at their store. I was considering doing a video where I go over some. The trick is to just list a lot of high quality items and price them competitive. Unfortunately, that also is the hard part.
I don't know what area of the country you live in but there isn't a Goodwill within 30 mi of me and where I could get a pair of shoes for $5. Much less Keens.
I definitely don't have patients to wait two years to sell something I'm going to have a yard sale to get rid of some stuff, no one has bought ANY glass or porcelain item from me! Lol
10:15 People buy white string lights all year round for weddings, especially in bulk. 😉
So deceptively obvious

Does it work well for sweat stains on white shirts?

Yep same here...but what makes me mad is people that have to do community service...gets to pick before it goes on the floor..

Dang, I didn't know that.

Never heard of that iron! Thanks for the info. :)
Thanks for pointing out the great things to resell..

I've been selling vintage items on eBay made $700 so far :) it's really fun
I listen to these videos while I’m walking my dog. Good info to fill my brain with so I’m more prepared to find the right stuff.
Most people don't walk their poor dogs much respect to you
Fantastic.Where I live I just don’t find this stuff for affordable prices to make any money.
Thanks Wick, for sharing another star studded finds video!
I love this video straigh and to the point
Luxury fashion reseller since 2004. Which is very lucrative obviously but wow there is so much else😂😂 thanks!⚡️
Awesome content! Thanks!
If you have an Ollie's around, they have graduation diploma and picture frame for $7.99. You can sell them for minimum $30.
Killin them Penn/Ambassador reels. 👍
Great video. Thank you .

How do you determine what price to sell items for?

Colorful Mizuno Wave Prophecy shoes in good condition are BOLO!!!!!

Hey buddy, where did you find all of those branded Crocs?!
At a garage sale.
What were the people who bought the Christmas lights smoking???
I definitely don't have patients to wait two years to sell something I'm going to have a yard sale to get rid of some stuff, no one has bought ANY glass or porcelain item from me! Lol
Thanks for letting us know how long things took to sell! It's encouraging.
I finally bought Dr. Martens to clean my Red Wing steel toed work boots and got huge sales
Salem NH thanks for the valuable info 😅😅😅😅
Live your video. What’s your eBay name? I can’t find it.
What about the listing fees?
You just have to calculate them into your prices.
Do you all find that shoes are often returned because they didn't fit? That's why I'm hesitant to sell shoes.
It's not near as common as clothing. Maybe 1 in 40 shoe sales for me gets returned because they don't fit.
@@FlippingJunk Thank you for the info!
I would have bought the goosebumps
Hey bro why the long face?
❤❤❤
"took about a YEAR to sell" ya i think im gonna pass on that...
So if you sold the items you used in your video how is it that you still had all of them to make this video? I think you are full of CRAP!
Please just take a moment to think about it. You'll get there...
