I dont know if it's really better in Team Fights but you need Kraken first to get your Farm and your Basic damage. Nobody in high ELO plays Bel with bork first item as far as I know and last time I checked clearspeed with bork was much slower. If you get 6 Autos in your damage to single targets is already higher than Bork, that Just Speeds Up everything so hard. I think what he was pointing at was the fact that he wouldnt be in the position to fight if he didnt have the bonus farm from krakens fast clear anyways

Short answer, Kraken is better on Bel and pretty much your must Rush Item. Bork is better for a lot of other Champs.
