- This is the pilot created and hosted by Guy Montgomery and Tim Batt, commissioned for the now defunct, TH-cam Red. In late 2017, Guy and Tim spent a week living underground in NYC eating nothing but pizza and watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of The Shadows three times daily in attempt to produce the world's first Method Film Review.
Unfortunately, upon delivery of The Worst Idea of All Time pilot, TH-cam Red decided it was not for them and did not greenlight a series order. TH-cam Red ceased to exist shortly thereafter. Coincidence? I sincerely think not.

The worst idea of all time was not picking up this pilot.
At first I was surprised that the pizza guy delivered to the sewers and then I remembered that it’s New York City and this is probably the second time that day that he had to deliver pizza to a weird place for someone’s TH-cam comedy series.
So much could have been done with this premise. Reviewing RV out of a Winnebago in a Walmart parking lot. Reviewing Batman and Robin in a cave. God it could have been phenomenal.
Why did this not get picked up? Heartbroken we didn’t get more of this. Bless the Frosty Fellas

You boys have such a sparkling reputation, that I don’t doubt for a second that you actually watched tmnt 15 times in a sewer
So quick story; Our production team ran us through this abandoned subway station before we started shooting. Then they pulled out a map and said "And here's where you'll be staying at night." Guy and I stopped them.
"What are you talking about?"
"Well, this is the hotel you'll sleep in that's next to the location" they told us.
Guy and I told them there was no way in hell we WEREN'T sleeping there and they had to bring in these massive extractor fans to make sure we had breathable air overnight. We do not fuck around! - Tim

Hamish Edwards I was the PA on this pilot! So happy to see how this came out! & these guys have amazing chemistry and genuine comedic talent. They ate ONLY pizza and def watched that movie 15 times or 16.. 😂

Laughed my ass off the entire time I first watched it and I can confirm it only gets better with repeat viewings. I may not have hit 52 yet, but I must be close to 15 and if I could give this more than 60 thumbs up I would. Always guaranteed to lift my spirits, which is deeply appreciated this year especially.
If there’s a chance fans could somehow support getting this show made, kickstart another ep, I would pay as much as I could to get more of this delightful show!
glad to see this finally uploaded! i had to leave early when you showed this at the end of your london pod fest show, to catch my train home that ended up being an hour late anyway. i was not living every moment and loving every day, that’s for sure
I spent so much time listening to you two on TWIOAT and it is weird to see you doing it on video. I love it and I would love nothing more than for this to be a series that would run as long as your mental wellbeing could handle it.

Absolute true story, the car Kevin the pizza guy was using was my car at the time. I worked on some additional photography for the movie and they needed a car that looked like a delivery driver would use.
How wasn't this picked up.... serously Netflix, Stan, boys come over to Aus and smash this out on Iview need more of this content the pod is good, stand-up sets are good to see from you boys, guy kills it on hybpa Nz but this this is the content I from need from you two
