Aye! Good luck!! If you go to the pier use the gotcha luers! ( Real brand, nock-offs with snap hooks off easy). Also, squid for live bait as all fish go crazy for it!

Any good fishing rods for cheap?
Great question!! If you’re looking to just get a starter setup to a cheap setup your best bet it just to head to the nearest Walmart! Walmart has tons of poles for cheap that are all decent starter rods for a lower end. Ugly stick is always a good brand as well as Walmart. Sometimes Walmart’s near big bodies of waters even have used poles!

I personally would say bring your own if you have the right equipement. But you can always rent but then you're more or less limited to what they give you. As for bait you can always buy some from the pier, catch bait or simply buy it at walmart.

Yes you can! You can rent everything you need! Also, buy bait if needed! ( my suggestions are buy a gotcha lure if you want to cast out, if you’re dropping down and fishing bottom with there poles buy the squid! ( not sand fleas or ship) also, you can catch smaller bait fish and cut up and throw out as well! But buying the squid is best.
A year goes by and the asains of county pier still keeping every single fish caught. Same lady. Same damn king fishers. SAME L’S
