Just a bit of extra information, you can only top up ur commuterline train card on train stations, same goes for TransJakarta cards(only can top up in some bus stops where the machine is available) but you can use the commuterline train card for all public transport, except for Jaklingko(a mini bus transport also known locally as Angkot) although technically free it is recommended to have the Jaklingko card so you can tap it there (i assume its so they can check how many people got in?)
Commuterline train card also can be used for Transjakarta bus and MRT Jakarta Train. Just top up your card, no need to buy again.
