- After the Fact: He went by the name “PNoy” shortly after winning the presidency in 2010.
Skeptics could have easily dismissed the monicker as the product of some carefully crafted public image - apt and easy to sell, easy to remember.
But as his years in Malacañang would later show, it was an embodiment of the kind of leader he was or at least, aspired to be - one who didn’t tolerate abuses, one who aspired for something greater for the Filipino.
For a time, his catchphrases - “kayo ang boss ko” and “walang wang-wang” - resonated among the people.
Interestingly, many of eulogies included caveats - “he might not have been perfect...”, “for all his faults…”
But who actually expects leaders to be perfect, anyway? By what standards are we supposed to measure a president?
In this episode, we’ll look back on the presidency of the late Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and the legacy he has left behind.

I've been listening n watching the interviews of the cabinet members of PNoy...i would say, PNoy have the most smartest people in his cabinet. They are all articulate in every sense, whether in vernacular or in english...wow! they really deserved their positions they hold. I hope n pray that we can have these kind of men in the cabinet again...young, articulate w/ good moral n respectable...just like their Boss! Thank you all for your service to the country.

Probably the most accomplished President of the country because of integrity and honesty. At the core, humble and devoted to the Filipino people whom he considered his "boss", he used every iota of energy to improve the lot of his kababayans/citizens. Of course, he had mistakes and had his critics. He had a clear vision for the good of his countrymen, thus bringing the country forward, resulting in economic gains that placed the country on the world map. Like his parents, he strengthened democracy in their time.
Thank you Christian! Nagkaroon ng linaw ang misconception at nalaman ng mamamayan ang kanyang nagawa para sa kanyang bosses. May God guide us in choosing the next leaders in 2022.

This is his final mission that leadership is selfless, a sacrifice that one must take for the love of his country. A mission he inherited and has to be fulfilled. He took his final act, his rest to set the highest regard and standard for integrity, honor, loyalty, humility, respect and love for our country. This is very hard to aim knowing how our political arena is but not impossible. I believe that his death is caused by his burning desire to serve his boss, "the Filipino people", and kept it to himself during his retirement. I am an ordinary ROF, I left our country to feed a family, I wish that we can produce generations that do not rely much to modern slavery just to make our politicians rich and filthy, generations that lead in science, technology and commerce.

He's one of a kind. His father wanted to serve his country Philippines, fellow men to enjoy democracy not dictatorship no freedom. But killed instantly after arrival in Philippines soil. His wife accepted to serve hard job then became President Corazon Aquino for Pilipinos to enjoy daang matuwid & got sick of cancer & died. Ninoy chose to continue the legacy of unfinished business of his parents, sacrifice himself to show Pilipinos are worth fighting for the world to know about us more. Wasn't able to have a family of his own! He tried his best to govern in a right way but unlucky of bad situations that interrupted his administration. He fought for our country to not just be pushed aside but stand fight for your right no matter how far it goes. He sacrifice totally his life to accomplish for the Philippines Pilipino people. But situation will not always be perfect. Only God have the almighty power to do so!

My most favor president after his Mother Cory Aquino. I look up to them dearly at least with the good character, integrity and the belief/faith in our Almighty is so transparent, the religiosity of the family was obvious, etc., and that the people of the Philippine should look up to and be modeled.
