In Malaysia, many ppl love anchor butter including me who work in coffee shop, they very good quality and inexpensive as well. When oppa choose that butter, I was like, ya, he really know his way and amazing!

For butter preferences, in my country we have this butter brand SCS which is rly good for baking cuz of its strong butter scent & flavour. It went out of stock during quarantine for few months haha

the difference between bread flour and cake flour is their protein percentage, bread flour has a highest protein percentage while cake flour has the least protein percentage. multipurpose flour is in the middle. check out the magic ingredients, she explained it all

Cocoa powder taste different depending on the brand, but for experience I realized in most countries they sell cocoa powder mixed with cinnamon and let me tell you, it doesn't taste good.
