( Fun fact ) Just so you all know that the British army in this video is really the German soldiers from ww2.
And the “canadians” are japanese soldiers from ww2
I bought a few of those buckets at Hobby Lobby several years back. The Japanese were bright green, the Germans were gray, the Americans were green and the British were mustard color. That bucket is different.
Does Hobby Lobby still have those sets?

Nice set! The mistake is just about the flag.The "M3 Grease Gun"is special for "Airborne Troops"and"Tank Crews"because is short and light is easy to carry and close range combat.
James Hartley ( Fun Fact ) The soldier that you mentioned he is feeding a machine gun ammo that is in the British category the machine gun is a heavy machine gun in the British set.
There should be a bucket that has 4 different armies. Only it should have armies from the United States of America (green), Canada (red), Mexico (tan), and Greenland (dark green). I could build a custom one with an entire map of North America including the 4 best countries.
I got this same set but with different colors for my birthday many many years ago. This is very nostalgic.

American dude is not shooting a German machine gun, that is an M3 submachine gun, sometimes referred to as a "grease" gun.
They mixed the Brit and German flags on you, lol.
The green guys are NOT British, you can see one of them has an MG42 and another has a stick grenade, both used by WW2 german forces.
The last set are the Brits, the bagpipes are a dead giveaway, and the MG is a Bren. The rifle looks like an Enfield, also Brit issue.
yeah, after the review was done, and packed back up, the more I chewed on it, I realized that a mistake had likely been made in its packing at the factory.

they should have used the british molds (the accidental molds in place of the germans that ars supposed to be the british moldes and vice-versia) because the canadians also used the brodie helmets
I have 249 soldiers and l basically set up everything myself .I have 2 bunkers , and the tan and green army bases.

i've gotten multiple of these four color sets and all of them have japan and never have Canada and they also get the British and the Germans mixed up (this is also torture to my eyes because when he showed the germans/BRITISH he got a bren gunner in the mix next to the MG42 machine gunner)

These are clearly Airfix ripoffs which is cool but it would have been nice for some level of consistency especially since they have 4 distinct forces, Japanese (Canada), US, Germans (British) and British (Germans) but they've mixed them all up.
With a bit of time and patience you could probably paint them into the relevant forces i guess, might be fun
I worked so hard to review each set one by one so I didnt mix them up, only for the germans and british to have the flags mixed up (when they were packed at the factory), and worse more with my low blood sugar when I was filming, it made for the most confusing thing. I couldnt figure out if the factory had mixed it up, I knew I hadnt mixed it up..... or if the set was "suppossed" to be all mixed up, as some sets just ignore sculpts and make them any color they choose. lol
And the best part of it: In Hungary where I live, we have a bit more funny sets. The salmon-coloured "japanese" are not Canadians - for some strange reason, they've included a TURKISH flag in every pack. XD Btw - every "airfix spinoff" comes in a small plastic bag, including about 15-25 soldiers (numbers depending on the mood of the Goddess of the Random Valley). And just for laughs - the british guys are red. Like RED. And they using the equipment of the third reich... The germans are blue - they wearing brody helmet, using bren and lee-enfield -,-". The americans have the light grass green colour, that used to use in the turkish... canadian... well... japanese soldiers... XD
Long story short: British are red, germans are blue, the turkish are pink - you knew that's true?! XDDDD At least they are relatively cheap - about 1,30 USD for each bag. If you can ignore, they messed up the color/equipment, it can be fun to play with a lot of bags you bought. XD But I think, something's got seriously wrong in the manufacturer's workshops...
If you did not catch it but the British soldiers are actually the German army not the British army.

I have the same bucket!
I used to have this set. Many of the soldiers were missing. They're now broken. I lost the canadian flag also. When I got the new set canada was now japan. So the set he's unboxing is outdated.
Also, My new bucket for this doesn't have many of those soldiers. Maybe I just didn't get the big one.

Ok um....I bought a better version of this set today and the sculpts are wrong. The Canadians are using Japanese molds, the Germans are British and vice versa, and the Americans are gray not green. The set I bought on Amazon today looks much better.

That German sub machine gun is an M3 also known as the 'grease gun' and is very much American.

The British in German are mixed up because I had a German bucket of soldiers and another one with several other countries and those are the German forces and they just took the Japanese for the Canadian.

Unfortunetly canada, Yeah you can't change it, Unless if you have a japanese flag.
Thats what i did with the new set (Canada was eliminated, since i lost it) (and the canada flag was lost, so i didnt swap it)
