This party got more cursed the more the session continues and i love it just as expected of this 5 madlads together. Loved it quickly become Poor Kyo having to take care of 3 uncontrollable and chaotic gremlings and a baby that are so powerfull they broke the script. My fav part was Kyo getting punished for Enna failures and she breaking character to laught at him 1:41:15. It was so evil but so funny, the unexpected ending and the horse noises that will probably make many new clips and soundboards.

a little late commenting but thank you for the stream!! this was my first time watching a DND session lmao. it was certainly... a very interesting introduction lol. what an absolutely wild story it turned into omg. everyone did a great job too, I really enjoyed everyone's characters, I think all the players did a great job of contributing to the events that took place and they had some really wild ideas for sure lmao, and I think you did a great job keeping things focussed and also making sure everyone was given opportunities to shine! I think the story that you came up with was a great concept for this group too!

They're using roll20 as a way to gather everyone's character sheets and a way to check everyone's rolls, which is a good way to do so when playing online. It is not needed to play offline.
In case you're not sure how D&D works, the DM (Dungeon Master) generally takes care of the story by either buying an adventure and running it or creating an adventure themselves.

Is there no critical failure rolls in this game like in rpg pc games?
Imma huge nerd but my experience in dnd and table top in general are only from life is strange before the storm and a pomu game titled "being a peen" when the characters are playing dnd .
so my question is: isnt there a critical failure roll on these tabletop games? wouldve been hilarious if enna playing/throwing the baby rolls a critical failure and launches 500 ft in the air and our good dope doctor rolls a critical fail his medicine explodes and spreads fumes paralyzing/poisoning the party. lol

it basically all depends on the DM and what kind of game they want the current session to be. If it's a sweaty combat heavy campaign, rolling 1s can end in your character death. In beginner friendly games, 1 wont really be that penalizing. All at the DM's discretion.
It depends on the system. For example, in dnd, there is no such thing as crit fail and you only auto-miss when you roll a 1 in an attack roll, in other systems like Call of Cthulhu and Pathfinder, you may crit fail in every dice roll. Of course, the DM can change the rule however they like.
@@Devon13 A single game/session/campaign/skirmish(?) last for several hours right? have you played with an asshole DM killing party members in the first 10 mins of the game? must suck being dead and just watching others play. lol
btw have you watched the animated series legend of vox machina? some scenes are from critacal role a group of voice actor and actress playing dnd.
Because of this video in these past weeks ive been down the dnd rabbit hole i wouldn't have guess watching fellow nerds playing dnd is so enjoyable.
@@Small_Wizard I just can't remember the title of the game because of the myriad of games that ive played and my dying braincells due to drinking but I could've sworn dude there is a pc rpg game that had rolls and crit fail and crit success.
