how can I make a Edit transparent ? or put the same color of the background?

You can drag your TEdit on an Panel and set TEdit.ParentColor to true or you can use components like Jedi's JVCL (JvMemo, JvEdit) with transparency.

This is great.
On this borderless form design, may you demonstrate how to
a) maximise without covering task bar
b) restore form resizing functionality
c) make the form snap to different screen regions as it would behave with it border.
