0:23 - I think it's not working in 2022 with new patch or I don't know. My enemy unit not come far away like in this video and I cannot take this map to travel Verona. I am tried a lot of times. Any idea?
Yeh. Don't try to steal what can't be stolen. Saving and Reloading to try to get around guards isn't the ideal way to play. If you get locked out of Verona, it's not the end of the world, just clear what you can on the initial 3 islands and build up the medals. Early game is the funnest part anyways, so getting extra powerful early (like can be done pretty easily in Dark Side since you can access nearly every map before "starting to fight") isn't necessarily the best challenge and enjoyment you can have anyways.
I think it is dependent on the enemy type. I can not gain the verona map either, because the instead of gryffin I got pirates and they are blind as hell, while decently quick. It is almost impossible to lure them even a pixel away. That is the main thing with this strategy, if the randomizer is not in your favor, there is nothing you can do about it.
