theyre not metal , theyre just playing their folk music in a way that the west would get or like by mixing western sounds in their music ,theyre lot smarter than their viewers ,haha most of their viewers would even be here watching them if they just did their normal folk music , calling them metal or rock is very inaccurate , the correct term is mordern mongolian folk

I am gentically no where near realted to the Mongolian (or even Native American, I have no idea )people. That being said, maybe this strikes the Danish heritage that I do carry, and even the small amount of Scots. These songs strike the hearts of all people, and for one, I am so estastic that I found The Hu, and was able to see them on their first world tour, in 2019.
That's the greatest part about music. All cultures existing and non-existing used music to bring clans together for war and peace alike. And back then life was so very short, so it was only natural that one would celebrate being alive whenever possible. It brings everyone together regardless of race, religion, clan, what have you. Music is the spiritual glue and I hope one day every single person will realize this with all their heart and soul.

I Really dig how this band blends the modern and the traditional and have managed to expose a lot more people to Facets of Mongolian culture as a result. I"m a born and raise American. I've never been out of the country and probably never will. Without the internet and bands like this, I would never have seen anything like this. And while I don't know much about the culture and don't speak the language, Music has always felt like an international language and getting to experience the emotions the music tries to convey is still really cool.
i am Mongolian and it gave me feelings of spiritual journey to the past where my ancestors literally lived like this. So precious and genuine life we had back then

A Mongolian biyelgee is always a joy and particularly needed for a proper wake !!! For those who are unfamiliar, a "biyelgee" is a traditional Mongolian dance, originally designed to be performed inside a round, tent-like ger (= _yurt,_ in Turkish). Musicians make up the center, and the other invitees form a circle along the outer edges of the ger, either sitting or standing. All of the guests then move together, mostly in concert and in a manner that reflects the lyrics for any given song. Because of a ger's space limitations, motions are constrained, with the hands and arms used to imitate the motions of Mongolia's great hunting eagles or other flying birds, horseback riding, archers in action, etc. (A biyelgee has comparative similarities to the stylized Hawaiian hula dancing.) Another great biyelgee was performed to The HU's "Wolf Totem" in 2019 --- a sort of flash mob gathered on the plaza in front of Government Palace in Ulaanbaatar. Both Chinese government and Mongolian government talked about inner Mongolia region. I believe Mongolian government stance was that they didn't even want the region for themselves for some reason.
My "least favorite" song of theirs is "The Same" from the Gereg album...and even that song I can listen over and over and enjoy it. So I think the answer to your question would be a hard NOPE!

They remind me of Sami people of Norway. Very similar way of living they lived in teepee style homes were nomads too. Sami people actually look mongolian or asian in features if you look at older pics online very interesting. Apparantly norse viking tribes actually originated from asia near Mongolia...thats reason for for samis tribe asian look
They, the Sami, even have the same epic singing style and a primitive form of throat singing, and several other artistic and cultural traits that remind me of their origin from Asia, without speaking their physical features :)

А то в Монголии такая музыкальная культура, военная история и мистические традиции - но из блэка попадалась только затрапезного уровня группёшка со ржачным названием Байгалын Харанxyй 😁 (а вот death metal ветераны Аясын Салхи суровы и брутальны... олдскул как он есть💀)

Although separated by thousands of miles and tens of thousands of years. Just an opinion and observation, I know its not exact and every group is unique, but there are similarities, and that's what we are told, that the peoples of Asia migrated over the land bridge into Alaska and populated the Western Hemisphere. They remind me of Sami people of Norway. Very similar way of living they lived in teepee style homes were nomads too. Sami people actually look mongolian or asian in features if you look at older pics online very interesting. Apparantly norse viking tribes actually originated from asia near Mongolia...thats reason for for samis tribe asian look
They, the Sami, even have the same epic singing style and a primitive form of throat singing, and several other artistic and cultural traits that remind me of their origin from Asia, without speaking their physical features :)

Ага, хотя пока что металл в тех краях недостаточно представлен, но лёд тронулся, как видим... Тем более ниша в тяжёлой музыке им предначертана судьбой. Просто вдуматься: народы, у которых традиционное фольклорное пение звучит как блэк металлический вокал - это же прирождённые металхеды!
Интересно было бы услышать монгольскую чернуху, в духе Darkestrah (группа изначально из Кыргызстана, затем перебрались в Германию) - монументально эпичный и мрачный паган фолк блэк метал, с горловым пением и фолк инструментами. А то в Монголии такая музыкальная культура, военная история и мистические традиции - но из блэка попадалась только затрапезного уровня группёшка со ржачным названием Байгалын Харанxyй 😁
(а вот death metal ветераны Аясын Салхи суровы и брутальны... олдскул как он есть💀)
