I totally agree with you! What’s the point of wearing a fragrance you don’t enjoy? But I also understand how it feels like a waste of money. I’ve decided not to make any more purchases for now and maybe pick up one or two fragrances a year-ones I’ve tested and really like-for my birthday and anniversary. Hopefully, I stick to my plan! 😂😂😂
This is clearly the best plan 🥰 I’m not quite there with the self discipline yet. Good inspiration though. Thank you. Fewer impulsive purchases from me for sure in the year ahead.
Life is too short to wear fragrances that we don't love. ❤ I typically give the perfumes that don't sit right with me to my family and friends, and they are usually happy with them. And if not, they pass them to someone else.
@@CottageCoreMom I have been using Dolce & Gabbana Shine (yellow flower top bottle) in a fragrance diffuser because I don’t like wearing it anymore. It works very well 😊
Hi Mel , I bought Rare Passion from an Aussie online retailer and it arrived in perfect condition and was love from first sniff and just keeps getting better ( 15 months or so) . I am sorry your bottle was damaged. I also buy from Fragrance Net, loads of perfumes, only one bottle leaked and I got a total refund. Kind regards 😊
I’m so pleased you had a better experience with Rare Passion. I will have to give Fragrance Net a try. It wasn’t them I had an issue with. Good to know you have found them good to deal with. Thanks 😊
Hi, I think that some batches of Rare Passion have factory errors, l'm from Europe and my bottle came damaged too, there's another perfume reviewer on yt 'not another perfume channel' l think it's her name and she also got damaged bottle, she's from US i think. My bottle doesn't leak only the color is damaged , l think they had problems with the pain itself in the factory, l also have Rare Tiffany and that one came fine from the same seller I also have Candid and So Candid, l find So Candid even better than So Scandal, it lasts long. Candid also reminds me more on Scandal a paris than to original that l also have.
@@lavalampa3254 Hi ☺️ That makes sense about the Afnan fragrances, it’s so interesting! Glad you’re enjoying So Candid. Thanks for letting us know about them all. I think these few negative experiences I’ve had has slowed my roll a little with the Middle Easterns, not entirely, just slowed it a little 😊
I’m totally with you with wearing what I like and not having to wear a fragrance only because it’s in my collection. I decluttered a lot in the last few weeks. Olympea and Hibiscus Palm for instance. I wore them once this summer, it’s a sign that they’re not favorites... I think I’ll do that after each season.
I think you’re right. Seasonally makes sense. Interestingly, Olympea is on my chopping block too. I don’t think I like it anymore. Thanks so much for watching and commenting 🥰
