There was a question a couple weeks ago who is the best guest? How is that even up for debate on this show? Ron is as essential as Greg Cote, and maybe the only reason to pick someone else is because Ron's not a guest, he's part of the show.
Ron is the man
I really enjoy the local hour conversations. Everything from the U stuff with Mike to #BecauseMiami with Billy Corbin. Ron's fantastic. I'm not sure if fans are as "tired" of the Miami stuff as Dan thinks...maybe I'm the anomaly. Keep doing you...everything is great.
When Stephen Ross's Icon was being built in Edgewater, I got the city manager to resign after his understudy left me a voicemail talking about the mayor's office approved things extrajudicially, and got Related's contractors to spend the money and effort to create a logistics train that lessened the impact on my neighborhood. I locked drivers out of their abandoned construction trucks, flooded their materials piles, and had quite a few tense stand offs with contractors where police were called, and I had to pull a gun on a contractor who climbed two fences to enter my property, AFTER i denied him access earlier in the day.
You can get your neighbors to mount up and regulate, Ron.
