Very cool! This would actually get me to buy Coke again for the first time in ages.
I loved Coca-Cola as a child, when you could buy it in glas bottles. Was like a big celebration to drink this out with a straw. Never saw a child giving this attention to a bottle of Coke in our days. They just drop the empty can, no matter where they are.

I know, how patriotic. Sad these multinationals forget where they came from. Same thing with McDonalds, their VR happy meals debuted in Sweden of all places. I get the idea of this technology being a budget platform for everyone in the world but what makes the market in the states any different? If they wanted to promote VR activism, they could have picked one of their more impoverished markets if they wanted to make a point not Sweden or Korea. Then make a touching "we're all the same" youtube video with children using VR to be in NYC or looking at the statue of liberty or something.

I have a more commercial viewer, and I can say I have had hours and hours of entertainment with it. There are several good starts with the cardboard app at google play store, while there search 3d VR. there are many interesting apps and it seems to grow every time I look. I was looking over some antique stereo graphic photo collections the other night. Gold rush days, Civil war, Ghiza circa 1890 before the sphinx was dug out of the sand. Glad to see a really cheap accessible viewer. Try searching for NASA stereograms.

they do gloss over the lenses.
There were lenses present. Having them all in one piece is actually a nice way to make them easier to install.
