As a New Zealander answering your question, I don’t think that man was dressing up for Halloween, as Halloween isn’t as big in NZ than America. (Basically exactly the same as Australia). We obviously still have it as a holiday but nowadays you rarely see people over the age of 12 trick or treating 😬 anyways, congrats on 1k!
