The 2020 Pacific Hurricane Season had 21 tropical depressions form, but only 15 named storms, and 16 tropical storms during the season. Major hurricanes from the season include Hurricane Douglas, which just missed impacting Hawaii, alongside Hurricane Genevieve, and Hurricane Marie. All of these systems reached category 4 status. Despite being overshadowed by the Atlantic, the Eastern Pacific still featured the earliest forming tropical cyclone in basin history during 2020 with the formation of Tropical Depression 01E.

Wpac is 1 storm off average this year but the other half of the season is super active.

This was a sad season. Earlier, the Pacific had stronger hurricanes than the Atlantic, but that changed.

It was actually a great season, not much damages or deaths, a few cool fish major hurricanes aswell.

The Atlantic stole all the attention from every basin in 2020. Including the EPAC.

WE need nicer, extremely early starting and hyperactive hypo WPAC seasons! I have a hypo season with a planned 218 tropical depressions, 165 ish named storms, 100 typhoons and maybe 60 ish super typhoons.
