@@alanturner3933 hi mate thanks for commenting, I would say try find a larger firm city building, ccg ect get in there, there will be a lot less pressure and a better environment to learn appose to working with a small firm or on site not to say they are not good but just a better option I would say he should volunteer even give up his time to labour for company’s get experience try get in a college course the lecturers will have company’s looking for good apprentice’s
