Q more frequenly and slight attack speed is a straight up buff to JG pantheon. An off meta pick for sure, but it will improve his clear quite a bit, which is his main weakness. His dueling and ganking is actually pretty good already. Will try it out
According to Phreak this is kind of primarily a support buff that would also affect his other roles, but he was a bit wary of his midlane winrate skyrocketing. The health regen isn't the biggest deal on support since the quest item got it's health regen buffed last patch.

But support panth doesn't have money to build attack speed, they usually just go one shot with eclipse or prowlers. Top and mid are the ones that build botrk, so the ratio buff isn't a buff for support at all, which is why I'm confused

u made me wanna main pantheon. I play mid tho. I think the buffs are sweet as fk. Q/AS buffs will make him feel smoother overall in all stages of the game even without any bonus AS. Opening up for even more outplay potential and kiting/spacing

Healthy regen doesnt just affect when you re getting poked. Everytime you trade you re losing hp that you re not gonna get back. Wish they would buff the Q cd more in the late game instead tho. So he can duel better in the late game. His Q is so low dmg so it should have a lower cd than ireli Q lol
