Hello Michael, Do you have a video or a page on your website that explains why it takes 3 pieces of plexiglass (some of which are only partially painted) to make a part of the 737? Why not cut out already painted plexi and possibly make small touch-ups if the CNC has caused some damage? And why not engrave the texts before cutting the pieces to be sure you are in the right place? Thanks in advance for your answers ! Video #38 is the first one concerning panel making. It should be clear after this why to use three layers. Spoiler: You need space to hide the mounting nut of the switches. Doing the cutout and engraving at the same time can be done but you would have unpainted edges after this, where the backlight will come through.
