    How does the leader manages the conflict arises in the team at the storming stage?

    • @ManagementAdda
      @ManagementAdda  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      At this stage there shouldn't be much conflict because members are new and at this stage they are trying to understand what they are supposed to do and how to do.. But if their is some conflict than leader should provide them duity or task and try to tell them, they have to work as team and provide better result than other team. Leader can influence them by pointing out their strengths and appreciating each individual of the group and encouraging them to work as team. When each employee feel encouraged and when they see leader is giving value to them than they try to present themselves as better and perform effectively.

    What type of leadership style that a leader should apply in norming stage ?

    • @ManagementAdda
      @ManagementAdda  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Transactional Leadership
      Transactional leaders are fairly common today. Here managers reward their employees for precisely the work they do. A marketing team that receives a scheduled bonus for helping generate a certain number of leads by the end of the quarter is a common example of transactional leadership.
      When starting a job with a transactional boss, you might receive an incentive plan that motivates you to quickly master your regular job duties.
