Dsm,s must be shitting themselves holding all that unwanted stock!
EV 4 U Tim? No Thanks. Black box full of nasty surprises - someone else can take that risk on. 😱
Let me understand something...
Is Winter or Summer coming for EVs!?
(...I heard it will be a harsh winter because we had a sunny summer in UK..)
..Should we talk again about EV in Spring 2025?
Ive got a Cupra born on order on lease, but i wouldnt buy one. Take that how you will.
i take it to be that you are a sensible person who is limiting your exposure to losses
@@BarrieCrampton I fancied dipping my toe in the EV water
@@StephenButlerOne if they suit your needs and you can charge from home, at the moment it is a no brainer
@@BarrieCrampton Imy friend a sparky and is fitting me a charger, that's what he does, along side PV panels, Heat pumps (now they are a cons) and wall batteries. So I'm getting a free charger. And I think an EV shall fit my needs, I work from home now so down from 100s of miles a day, to a couple of hundred a week's.
Though I'll only be using Tesla charges if needed on the road, all the other ones the prices are insane.
France has good cheap charging. So I'm going to take it on tour next summer. 5 or 6 weeks around France and spain, see how it compares to all my other petrol and diesels of the last 20 years . That's where I may find out I hate it.
Spain's charge prices are similar to ours.
Buying car is the 2nd most expensive think you will buy. At the moment no one is 100 percent sure its the way to go and it to big financial risk to get it wrong. Hence new car martket is frozen until it becomes clear
Not frozen 4 of my mates at work have put deposits down for petrol cars Puma and the like. 😮
What no focus 😏@@johnathanpearson3203
Buy an EV. Lose money 💰 😂 I’ll wait until the technology catches up with reality and common sense. I’m guessing my first EV will be around 2035…..
I don’t see a single thing wrong with this evaluation.
It’s plain to see. 👍
Celebrating a 0.01% rise is just like the Net Zero zealots screaming because the UK has 1% of global emissions.
We’re not 1%. We’re 0%
0.8%.
A 39 year old does not say they’re 40.
😂
They pretend to get stuck at airports.
Nope it was very real, the long queue at Barcelona last week. I'm happy, I extended my stay to avoid a return trip and another flight from prison island for this week.
Weekend in Spain with beautiful friends instead of shit hole Broken Britain.
@@djtaylorutube Presumably they don't want you to settle there. Which is a shame.
@@mytinplaterailway I'm working on it, whatever to leave toxic shit hole prison island, half inhabited by backward facing neanderthals.
@@mytinplaterailway Plenty of prospects and friends there for me and when I escape from toxic, backward facing prison island, someone else will have to fill the tax gap left behind. Cough up...
Another issue is buying the most common car in its segment is always going to be harder to sell in a crowded market. Not to metion teslas are boring on e you get over the 0-60. Typical American car, good in a staight line.
No one wants a battery operated toy
Barrie....lol🤣....as always. Nowt stranger than the bleedin' blatantly obvious🤣....but thanks for showing this stuff, it really is gold dust. But remember, you can lead a horse to water......but a pencil must be led🤣
How do these 3/5 year old Teslas and Chinese EVs fair when it comes to MOT .
Can I have 2 4 1?
From an EV lover.
The transition continues.
How are people still not seeing what’s happening? By now the cat is so out of the bag.
0.1% increase when the inflation rate is 1.7%.
Inflation has not included house prices for many years. It's a fake number...
You had me 100% up to now until you mentioned Brexit and Johnsons new book! You think Brexit is going quite well, and that Boris's new book is a truthful reflection of his time in politics? You should have kept those two opinions to yourself Barrie. Bye Bye
Ta Ta, 👍 but if the things in his book werent true theen you can bet that he would have been sued over it the minute it went into print
What's wrong with the price going down?
it's bad new for those who own an EV,
and it's even worse for companies that make EVs;
except maybe for chinese EV companies that can scale up production to reduce costs.
👀..so we all can afford one.. 👀
As soon as you said Brexit is going well ? Confirms your not the full shilling . Got news for you Barry the Earth is not flat either.
if it werent for people like you dragging their feet and still kicking and screaming, I admit Brexit would be doing better, you are like a millstone around the peoples neck who want Britain to forge ahead, you are part of the problem still bleating on, ive got news for you the rest of us think you are a pathetic lot of sore losers
Declined the opportunity to invest in tesla tech before the first factory was built.
I don't regret the decision any more than if I'd been offered a million to pull the wings off a butterfly.
Just how much of the EV crap is been covered up at " Some large dealer groups". On autotrader the time EVs are advertised NOT SOLD makes interesting reading. A project , what eventualy happens to these vehicles been there 6 / 9 months . When you go to try and buy they will NOT SIGN THE SURRENDER AND KEEP THE BULL SHIT FLOWING " HOW BOYANT THE MARKET IS ". ( Looking at cars been there 6 months!!).
Stop entertaining the trolls. Most of them are bots or place the same comments on different channels who dont favour EV's. Can imagine most of them being Chinese shills
Ah the concept of advertising. Putting something in front of peoples eyeballs that they don't explicitly ask for. Shocking. Willing to bet that more than a few Polestars have been purchased by people who searched, initially, for a Tesla. Some consumers will start with very little awareness and have no idea that, say, polestar even exists - so placing adverts for a rival product to a Tesla on search for a Tesla seems not foolish.
Your whole video is about ones not selling by looking at ones not sold. Ooo er.
