COFFEE MOUSSE SURPRISE
Ingredients
• Cream 250 ml
• Coffee 1 tbsp
• Sugar 1/4th cup
• Cake pieces as required
• Pudding Mix 1 packet
Method
In a large bowl whip cream along with pudding mix, sugar, coffee and beat well. Now in a dish add cake pieces and place all the mousse on top. serve chilled.
NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN
Ingredients
For the Chicken:
• skinless chicken thighs or breasts 4
• 1 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• Oil for frying
For the Hot Sauce Mixture:
• Cayenne pepper 2 tbsp
• Brown sugar 1 tbsp
• Paprika 1 tsp
• Garlic powder ½ tsp
• Onion powder ½ tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Chili sauce ¼ cup
Method
In a large bowl add seasonings for chicken and let it marinate for 15minsdutes,
Use flour to coat then deep fry. Make sauce with rest of the ingredients and dip each chicken into it and serve with mashed potatoes or any side line.
