Seek out Christians. The Prophet Elijah at one point said that they have killed all the prophets and GOD said I have preserved 100 prophets. Don't dispare. I put Christian stickers on my car so other Christians can see that they are not alone. Let people know that you are a Christian and you may be surprised about how many Christians there are who have not identified themselves as such.
Listening to this music makes tears flow from my eyes. I was saved at 12 years old, now I’m 88. Wasted so many years not being the witness I should have been. Anyone reading this, please give Jesus a chance to come into your heart and make you a new creature in Christ. You will no longer be a slave to sin. Know He will forgive all your sins and give you the assurance of eternal life and entrance in the Kingdom of Heaven when you pass from this life.

I was paralyzed in bed last year and I heard Jesus say out loud to me - If you believe in me get up and walk?????? I got up and not only walked but went for a walk outside. Praise God!!!!! GOD IS ALWAYS WORKING!!!!

I also suffered a severe stroke coming 2 years on the 17th August, it was very hard, but my faith in Jesus gas brought me to where I am today. I’m 25 in Indiana & SO blessed to have an old fashioned, God fearing, Bible believing little church. Im grateful I’m able to pass these melodies down to my children. They’re imprinted on my heart alongside His word. I get teary listening to this album on the way to/from dropping kids off at school. I pray they remember our mornings as a peaceful time w the Lord.

I'm 84 raised going to Sunday School wherever we lived & there was a Church close enuf for me & my younger sisters to walk. Any church. Baptized age 11 with myom 1949. As teenager I forgot (but not deep down, raise up a child rite & when he is old he WILL return. And so I have. Baptized this past July 16, 2023, age 83. Have Church Family now. Wonder of my life is that Jesus was ALWAYS with me, whether I knew it or not. Mostly not, forgiven I am & BELIEVE . Might say I had "near death experience" without loosing conscience ! 🌲Whatever wherever however he leads me I'll go. BELIEVE, hold onto your expectancy which IS "HOPE" with FAITH. As Jesus lived when he came at Christmas. Love is a verb. So is forgiveness. 🌲

God is my Saviour, he has Blessed me with his kindness. God will heal me of my pains and suffering. These hymns connect me back to my youth before I sadly fell into the temptation young adults do. Now I am 62 dying of melanoma, dwelling constantly on my sins. This world is such a mess now. I hang on to God's Mercy. God bless everyone.

As I’m lying and listening to the hymns I grew up, the tears flow and I’m thankful for my parents instilling Lord Jesus in me. I am humbled and how I miss the old time religion. It’s like a rock concert now and my heart is burdened and pray for the simplicity of praise to God our savior.

I was born in Ukraine into a Christian family. This was a time when the church was persecuted. Now that I have lived in the States for nineteen years and listened to these beautiful Christian hymns in English, I understand how much they had in common. I remember many of these melodies from childhood and tears come to my eyes. We are all sons of our heavenly Father!

Love 💕 this collection of glorious hymns. I didn't move from my seat through all the hymns. I sang along with them, remembering a lot of precious memories. There was only three selections that I didn't know all the words to. I am 71 years old and I grew up on these hymns. They are especially comforting when I am having a down day. I put the ear buds in and close out everything else and absorb all the words. So beautiful.

Oh wow! All the songs we sang in our little church when our family was growing up. There were 12 kids (8 living in the house at anytime). My mother made us all sing at every church get together until finally we were often requested to sing. I learned to play the piano and became the church pianist after my sister married and moved away. Learned saxophone and some guitar. All that to say to those who do those things now: Keep doing it without fail because you really do lose what you what you don’t use. I’ll forever regret that I stopped. It will never be the same after so many years. Stay with it even if you get disheartened!!!

Two of my children were baptized in a Lutheran church with my cousin a Roman Catholic priest participating which took a "Papal" OK /blessing. I just felt I had to do this. God bless the clergy who believed in my sincere belief. Pastor Bruce and my cousin the jesuit Priest John. King. People we are all one. I pray for all . God bless all who helped this happen.

I'm 84 raised going to Sunday School wherever we lived & there was a Church close enuf for me & my younger sisters to walk. Any church. Baptized age 11 with myom 1949. As teenager I forgot (but not deep down, raise up a child rite & when he is old he WILL return. And so I have. Baptized this past July 16, 2023, age 83. Have Church Family now. Wonder of my life is that Jesus was ALWAYS with me, whether I knew it or not. Mostly not, forgiven I am & BELIEVE . Might say I had "near death experience" without loosing conscience ! 🌲Whatever wherever however he leads me I'll go. BELIEVE, hold onto your expectancy which IS "HOPE" with FAITH. As Jesus lived when he came at Christmas. Love is a verb. So is forgiveness. 🌲

Now that I have lived in the States for nineteen years and listened to these beautiful Christian hymns in English, I understand how much they had in common. I remember many of these melodies from childhood and tears come to my eyes. We are all sons of our heavenly Father!
My mother is 98 years old and the Lord is calling her home. Her favorite hymn is Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus. I played Alan Jackson's beautiful rendition. It calmed her and she was able to sing with him on the chorus, even as she struggles to breathe. THANK YOU ALAN JACKSON!!!

Love 💕 this collection of glorious hymns. I didn't move from my seat through all the hymns. I sang along with them, remembering a lot of precious memories. There was only three selections that I didn't know all the words to. I am 71 years old and I grew up on these hymns. They are especially comforting when I am having a down day. I put the ear buds in and close out everything else and absorb all the words. So beautiful.

I agree! The newer stuff is ok but there is nothing better than these old hymns! They make me cry.
Oh wow! All the songs we sang in our little church when our family was growing up. There were 12 kids (8 living in the house at anytime). My mother made us all sing at every church get together until finally we were often requested to sing. I learned to play the piano and became the church pianist after my sister married and moved away. Learned saxophone and some guitar. All that to say to those who do those things now: Keep doing it without fail because you really do lose what you what you don’t use. I’ll forever regret that I stopped. It will never be the same after so many years. Stay with it even if you get disheartened!!!

Sitting here with my mother in her last few days before she ‘graduates’ to heaven. These hymns are the only thing that stops her hands from shaking (Parkinson’s). Her whole body relaxes. ❤️🙏🏻
