Nothing you said about this relating to science was related to science. When you do research multiple times showing no results; that would be science.

Is there a solution for Huntington disease in Chinese medicine? Thank you for charing al these information

Huntington disease is a genetic disorder. The issue is within the DNA itself. It cannot be cured without removing the mutation of the allele that carries it, you can treat the symptons but you cannot cure it without editing the DNA itself.

how do you even measure the effectiveness of traditional chinese medicine? do you do experiments and subject them to statistics? if not then it is not scientific.

"Is Traditional Chinese Medicine Scientific? My Thoughts" by Dr. Alex Heyne - "Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine", definitely no conflict of interests here, financial interests...
This entire video was utter madness of pseudoscience debunked by basic logic.

To be relaxed, calm and have even greater cognitive function for the most part.

Either one is good. But I would go with tai chi, as there are many styles of qigong and without knowing what the style is about, you could easily get lost in the maze.
