sir, in the outliers problem, rank of q1 is coming out as 10.25(i.e (40+1)/4) so we are supposed to take the average of 8100 and 8300 which comes out as 8200, then why we took 8100 as the point q1? similarly for q3

If it is not .5 than take nearest round don't average it out. Only average if it is .5

my IQR value is coming out to be the same as 4800 but the outliers calculated is different
