Just in the places that you really can’t see, they needed to paint, but other than that the overall paint that you can visibly see looks good, but there are places where they should’ve still painted where I can see primer. Reality for the dealers is going to set in the next couple of months when they start sitting on inventory and then have to start paying flooring on those vehicle at a very high rate.
Just got into a 2023 taco myself, I was thinking of waiting for the gen4, but for me, I never buy the first year release of a new model. Ideally wait a couple years till they work the bugs out. SO that means Id probably be waiting another 3 years, and my old Subaru was slowly dying and I wanted to trade it in while it was still worth something. Love my 2023, no regrets, and in a couple years time, perhaps Ill pick up a gen 4 if I like them and they are even still affordable.

@@appleztooranges That's unfortunate. When that undercoating dries out and flakes off it traps moisture/salt and will accelerate corrosion. Fluid film displaces water as it creeps...far superior to undercoating.

@@littlekennytv5668 no it was a 801 Package no leather or nav. Did have the headlock wheels and bed decals. It was white. It 450hp. I sold it 3 months later for 10k more than I paid for it and had driven it only 800 miles. I did get to go to the raptor driving school though.

Annual fluid film underbody spray? Yes.
