    A posthumous thank you, RLM. Excellent as someone who abandoned Freud for Jung and never studied Adler. For a long time I have felt knowledge of the ego has been underdone. Thank you for this holistic summary. Even more down to earth and warm when in a good ole Southern tone.

      Great comment. Moore's first book was a Freudian book, then he studied Adler and then he turned to Jung.

      Personally I dont know but one clue as to the date is at the beginning he recommends going to see the movie Blue Planet which is a 1990 IMAX film so probably this came out around 1990. His mentioning of it reminded me I saw that movie long ago.
