can you tell me where to go to get that type of a chair tilt and recline because I have a limpidima and also I need a chair let the legs go out if I need to go near the sink in my home and the chair can be no more than 25" from wheel to wheel this is the problem that I'm having

Does the chair arm lift up completely so the person can transfer sideways into a bed?
