in low ambient temp. cooling will be more effective inside the room and compressor will cut off and very very less possibility of frosting on evap.coils

Pump down means if you want change odu then store all refrigerant by doing pump down in odu condenser and then close suction valve dismental odu simple bro
Pump down ka fufa ye h k refrigerant ka nuksan nhi hota h
Or pump down krna ho to odu ka discharge valve bnd krke odu chala do within some time close suction valve also all refrigerant will store in odu
