I hate how rockets fans in here are watching the Rockets at the top of the league when they were absolute garbage for three years and I’ve heard every player listed to be traded. They literally can’t do nothing to please fans except win EVERY game. Guess that shows why just started watching when they popped. These boys are performing way past expectations. Chemistry is built over time, and totally RUINED with trades. Look at Brooklyn’s big three, the Suns, the Clippers, never ending examples. Be patient.

How many here thought the Rockets would be a top 6 team in the west this year? Not many of you. Right now they are top 3. Let's ride this out.
Give our guys time to develop. If a trade opportunity presents itself that won't hurt the team long-term, sure consider it, but otherwise, let's ride it out. We can revisit roster adjustments at the end of the season.

Sengun was dominating the Celtics early. They literally had to double him with 2 7-footers to stop him. They changed their whole ass gameplan to stop one man. He did his job. Sure he could've been better defensively but literally nobody chased their guys off the 3 pt line.

I seen a few transition mess-ups however. At times he failed to cover his man, leading to open 3's and transition layups. White was able to lose him a good deal. This might have had something to do with the fact that he was a team second worst -24, along with everyone's failure to hit a shot at all.
He has to clean up that part of his game: knowing his defensive assignments and help responsibilities at all times.

Sengun was cooking the Celtics big but once Muzzlua went to that double big lineup he had completely shut down Sengun daring our guys to shoot whenever Sengun was force to pass to the outside
Jalen Green was the only one that scored
Basically we lost to a superior team who took advantage of our weakness which is lack of shooting and it didn’t help we had no Jabari Tari or Amen in this game.
I think they need to go after a wing now either Cam Johnson or Kispert for shooting

@@kelvinbrooks7200 I'm actually Cool with Jalen Green staying on the Team .. cuz an above-average Facilitator would unlock Jalen & Sengun !! My issue with Jalen is when teams focus on Jalen (defensively), he disappears & we see these game-to-game "rollercoaster" performances. I would be SHOCKED if the Rockets pick up FVV's team option

    2) Houston will NOT be fetching a 1st rd pick in exchange for Steven Adams. Get real 😂

Alpy didnt play well . Looked so emotional tbh. Everytime he miss a shot he mentaly got worse. He looked frustrated. Yes he always get double teamed. If you are one of the most consistent offense player in the team they will defend you harder than others . You need to find the way how to be more effective those times. May sound like excuse but when alpy gets the ball its like some on in the crowd yelling ' english or spanish!'. Offense can be more mobile. Waiting for ball to try 3pt shot is okay but do we realize that we are the worse shooting team in the nba? Our shooters cant even make wide open shots what makes them think they can shoot fine against a very good defender team like boston? Our offensive game IQ feels so low sometimes. Thats maybe something udoka must figure out.
Jalen was good. Also defensively better than usual. But to win one jalen or one alpy won't be enough. We need at least 2 player with 25+s games effectively. Not like 25 pts over 30 shots etc.
Adams looking very positive the times he play. While alpy played 28min i thought he gets more than 6mins. That was a good match to test something for ime. He could try Steven adams and alpy same time? And started with uncle jeff?
If in a game like this Reed only gets 4 min to play , i think its better to send the kid to g league.
Cam , always solo plays. Never thinks making dimes . Dont care about moving the ball. Just give him to ball and he shoots. He was implying that ime dont give him more time to play that he deserves , he played 34 min FG% 23.5 (4/17) and 3P% 11.1 (1/9) . So what now cam? You are future MJ but ime dont give you enough time to play or you should improve yourself? What he does a street basketball. You wont make jalen benched with this mentality just saying.
Amen needs to be back asap.

Al P is always emotional and leaves his assignment after smoked lay ups to complain to the refs, not to mention how he hardly closes out on three point shooters. Lastly, he's still pump faking around the three point line and driving into traffic instead of shooting the ball.

I think Amen will fill in for Jabari well. Uncle Jeff off the bench at power forward and Adams will get the backup center minutes. Lucky for us Adams is getting his timing back. I think the Rockets need to hold off on a trade and get De'Aaron Fox in the off season when Jalen's new contract kicks in and put him in the deal. We need to get a point guard to take Fred's spot. I would like not picking up Fred's team option but signing him to a cheaper contract and being the backup to Fox. If he will agree to that. I have my doubts. But considering he has played with us for a period of time and he knows what the players do, I would try to not let him walk. And I think Stone values that also. I like Cam Johnson also but I'm only giving up picks and filler for him. And I value Tate and Holiday as third string backups that accept their roles as such.

Stop daydreaming about Jalen Green, he's one of worst shooting guy in NBA because he's too small and that's why none of other teams want to trade him..! And he can't guard the ball enogh or good dribbles, he can't make any good plays, decisions or assists, after 4 years as everybody knows all of those too..!
Houston is already a very undersized team and you talk about Cameron Johnson another old and small forwet guy, he has nothing better than Dillon Brooks..! By now you have to decide to get rid off all small guys in the team (except Fred VanVleet and Dillon Brooks) and go get one or two (really) good sized power forwets too...
And also you have to change the game plan and play with two centers in the floor or you can't win against any well sized team as you see against Celtics double bigs (you can't even beat any of bottom lined Euroleague team), basicly accept this is modern basketball not a streetball contest or Harlem circus show..!
