    Working out 3 - 4 times a week works best for me too!
    Doing cycling after covid is tough !
    Your sister is so cute!
    For March I want to post more on youtube like 2x a week, eating more veggies and fruits, consuming less caffeine & to finish a book!

      Girl when I had covid, I ended up doing like 8+ days coffee free in February 🙌🏾 no caffeine headaches or anything! I believe you can achieve your goals 💕 I appreciate you watching

    good job on the steps! when the weather gets warmer I want to take some walks during my lunch break and get some movement in
    my books are true crime& thrillers
    I definitely feel things alot more now, I dynamic stretch before every workout and I do some deep stretching once a week
    your sister is too cute!
    I have to do a spring cleaning & out my winter clothes away

      I feel like lunch break walks are underrated! they are the perfect way to take a break from sitting at a computer and I always feel so refreshed and ready to work afterwards. I appreciate you watching💕
