I'm considering buying a fitness machine but i don't know wish one i want a Eliptical or a Fitbike/airbike, but on the other hand i don't have mush room for a big or a large fitness maschine so a fitbike/airbike sounds logic to me but on the other hand i'm out of shape and don't know if i can loose weight with a fitbike/airbike.
what i would recommend doing is checking out your local bike shop as they should have the ability to fix that/tell you what to do. would just all ahead to see if they work on assault air bikes (stationary bikes)

great Video.. Please how do I fix a stripped crank arm and peddles . I cant us my Assault bike and the fats are coming back on me. Not happy
