Honestly when I heard all the snippets I couldn't quite understand how it all could be one song. But listening to the whole 7 minutes, it just makes sense. It's a complete story. The themes.
Really smart how they cut it up in parts for streaming. The whole 7 minutes is good, but part 2 is just something else. Cheffs kiss.
So happy that she doesn't allow herself to be boxed in. Raye truly fits any genre she wants.
Yeah, part two is very clearly personal in a way that the other two parts aren't.
I mean, the whole song is good. But the downtime when she talks about how her friend from school took her life, and the way that it's depicted got to me in a way that I don't think any other song has, atleast not that accurately.
