Hi !My name is Megan and I've been following your channel for some time now. You say in your blurb that you're not a teacher...I beg to differ. I know plenty of people who can play music but can't teach for nuts. You are a master of explaining to non musicians how to play a tune. I am not a musician. I play for my own comfort. I've noticed so called teachers on the net use names of notes and chords which leaves the majority of non musicians to scramble for the meaning of these ....or just give up trying. YOU! on the other hand, are a master of showing where to put your fingers on the frets and strings...from this I'm able to write the tabs....to me that's a godsend. That's all I need to know. As I said I play for my own comfort and for around the campfire occasionally. As you may be aware, people around the campfire are usually half cut and in sing song mode and don't notice if I've made a mistake or not. lol They also think I'm a musician now which is even funnier! There is one request I have if you don't mind? I have been trying to find "Mull of Kyntyre" by Paul Mcartney. I have been searching for god knows how long but can't find anything. Would you know how to play it? Apparently it's very simple but I just can't work it out on my own. Kind regards
I appreciate your comments, thanks a lot. I’m not much of a muso either hence why I keep it basic. I just couldn’t find many CBG tutorials on the songs I liked but once your algorithms change I found out that there are a lot more 😆 I’ve been neglecting the 3 string for a bit bit your comment may be the inspiration I need. Thanks again 👍
