Sir on 2 second question I answered like this, Since i have a dual as experienced process operator and worker representative..... To full my responsibilities I reported the issue in the high storage tank to seniors..... Like this way is it wrong. I actually got confused after reading the question " you needed to have clear roles and responsibilities" part.
Alhamdulillah i have passed ig1 but got refer in ig2. Sir can u guide me how can i know my mistake in assessment? Is there any option to request for this? Can i prepare new project now?
