  • Technical instructions for calculating and drawing centrifugal fan with capacity of 4kw
    A centrifugal fan is a mechanical device that moves air or other gases at an angle relative to the direction of the incoming fluid. Centrifugal fans often have ducts to direct air out in a particular direction or through radiators, then centrifugal fans are also known as "blowers" or "squirrels". -cage fan) (because it's like a wheel for a hamster to run). Centrifugal fans of this type increase the speed and volume of the air flow through rotating blades.[1]
    Centrifugal fans consist of an impeller placed in a fan housing with a helical profile. The flow of fluid, such as air, enters the fan in the axial direction, into the clearance between the wheel and shaft. The wheel when rotating will convert kinetic energy (air velocity) into potential energy (gas pressure) of the gas as it exits the fan housing. Air is pushed out of the fan radially (also called radial, usually 90°). Centrifugal fans generally generate greater air pressure than axial fans. Centrifugal fans have the advantage of being sturdy, low noise, stable operation and capable of operating in many conditions.[2]
    Centrifugal fans are not positive-displacement devices. Centrifugal fans have certain advantages and disadvantages when compared to volumetric fans: centrifugal fans are more efficient, while volumetric fans are less expensive.[3][4][5][ 6]

      hiện tại mình chỉ hướng dẫn theo công thức về cơ bản để triển khai vỏ quạt , còn cánh quạt thì chưa đưa ra chi tiết được cho mọi người. bạn thông cảm . bạn tìm hiểu để học tập hay tìm hiểu để sx, có thể tham khảo www.ifan.com.vn

      chào bạn ! kích thước D1 D2 là theo miệng hút của quạt , phù hợp với tốc độ gió đi qua từ đso mới tính các kích thước tiếp theo
