I'm ignoring God's wisdom by over thinking scenarios and not praying about it. I pray that I may follow Philippians 4:6, and implement prayer over worrying.
im shocked by how many christians including myself just neglect the small things that God commands. Don't fear the one who can kill the body. Don't worry about tomorrow. Don't be anxious for anything. Don't worry about what you will eat. Do not resist an evil doer. Think on what is good. If everyone applied these things wars would never start.
as a young man, he's right. dwelling on injustices in my life only lead to justifying the hardness of my heart and it has destroyed me. i am now trying to seek God's wisdom through all of that.
By being impatient and I just pray he start to give me more patience in my life and not rush things in life that I need to work on before I can move on from it
Here I am, parked outside the vape store with my new vape after a sporadic attempt to quit last night during prayer I threw my vape away. I quit for 2 years before, and then had some stuff going on in my marriage and ended up starting back vaping a month ago. But this is right on time. I’m gonna set a date and be intentional and quit so I can focus on completely giving it up instead of having a random burst of short lived motivation
You can do it man. In God's strength. Its for the better of you and everyone around you. I vaped from 16 years old until 22 years old. Tried quitting on my own strength almost weekly for years. Once I realized vaping was something I held unto hindering me from following the verses in Matthew 16:24-25, Luke 9:23-25, God changed my desire and I have not vaped since. Been a year and a half nicotine free. Cling to Christ not your deVICE. Christ is the best addiction.
You can do it NOW!! I know it has been awhile since you posted this yet I want you to know that GOD can do it in you, RIGHT NOW! Now is the acceptable time! God Bless you REAL GOOD!!!

I can hear Him saying, “see, this is exactly what I didn’t want to happen”. Just as I think I hear him saying, don’t. Now why would I doubt hearing Jesus telling me not to. And I’m sure when He says, “this is not what I wanted to happen”. Because I knew and know better. Our Father is crystal clear at all times. This is me ignoring Gods wisdom. My Father, this is good food here and I’m so thankful for Your new grace and mercies that are never failing.

Pray and start. Because you may have this gift inside of you. The lord doesn't usually choose the qualified but most of the time qualifies the called. And hey! If you don't have much to say just read the word it's a seed of itself. And if you know what you will read in the study read it and ask the holy spirit to help you understand it. Because if he gives you to understand it you will be able to give it to others too. But it's all by grace the spirit gives as understanding over the scriptures as we go to him for help and explanation. So honestly i don't believe there is any way for you to fail in something that the lord has called you to do.
I just had 3 signs from god earlier it’s just keeps happening coincidences you should say but it isn’t I was praying for a god plz guidance then something that really applied to my life came to my eyes through the internet after literally praying and another I prayed again for plz help me get a job I want if it’s the last thing and I was watching verses and the verse where god knows when you will receive what you need and when you need it it’s so crazy then this came up I love you god so much tired of ignoring god and not believing that this stuff is true and just myth stories and fake and the other night went with my buds and got stuck in the middle of a forest in a mud hole bc it’s dirt road down the entire thing I yelled god help us and someone immediately came and pulled us out at 1 am That’s all I want to say of what’s happening that’s crazy so far becoming Christian
Hallelujah, I’ve had a similar story god is 100% real remember to have faith even when your prayers aren’t already answered gods timing is not our timing sometimes we must get hurt or see something in order for god to give us a blessing to understand the value of the blessing. Give yourself to Jesus Christ in full let him take every step for you ❤️

If we are commanded to do everything for the glory of God, then does that mean we can add to His glory -- by that I mean that other people and angels can experience more of His glory than usual if I (for example) did more things for the glory of God ? Im confused
