I have tried what Pastor Chris said long before I heard this message. What he is saying is Very True. You feel the electricity running up and down in your body, and the Spirit starts talking to you. You need to relax your body and mind completely. It takes a bit of time because your mind goes everywhere. You need to relax your mind as well. It was awesome. Also, you feel like you are floating. After a while, you don't feel your body because you are in one piece. When I had to move, the Spirit said be still. Be still and know that I am God. 🙏 Praise and Glory be to our Most High God forever 🙏
