This man is so intelligent and full of wisdom.
I went to Jamaica for six weeks and I felt so relaxed and free. I went to several rivers/falls, beaches, walked to the hills and valleys, went and listened to live bands, went adventure parks and the many eateries even driving on the bad roads was an adventure. I ate all natural Jamaican foods/herbs, went up to the local butchery to buy fresh meat…. I felt great then when I returned to the US I felt deflated again!!!
That is because American system is built upon cult and things that is not apart of God, therefore the very atmosphere there are under the influence of spiritism
I can definitely relate. Had the same experience when I visited in July for the first time after 20+ years. I can’t describe the kind of peace I felt while being there. There’s more to that experience but I digress😢😢😢.
I hope to visit again soon for an extended visit and deeper experience.

Becareful of these movements. U may be black but ur true identity goes beyond race. U are soul. A spark of God sent to this world to have an experience which u need to grow spiritually. We are all one. White or black. U should learn to rise above this black and white mentality and treat everyone with love, including those who hate u. This does not mean u shouldn't go to Africa but u do not need to go in order to be spiritually liberated. Spiritual liberation is a state of consciousness. U can reach that state through meditation and not by watching some utube or traveling anywhere. U will only achieve spiritual liberation when u come to recognise urself as soul rather than the flesh. Most important thing is to raise our level of consciousness through spiritual techniques. We should learn to look within for answers.
