Thanks for your advice on the essays. I get why you suggest in question 2 for focusing on a success, but I’ve decided to talk about a failure instead because I feel it shows more of my growth and what I’ve learned. I think sharing a failure will give me a chance to show how I reflect on my mistakes and keep improving-things I feel the college might value. I do wonder if it might be seen negatively, but I’m focusing on how I overcame it and what I learned from the experience. Would love to hear any thoughts you have on how to present this in the best way possible!

Hi, I’ve been really intrigued by BITSoM ever since I began my CAT preparation journey, and I wanted to ask a quick question regarding my CAT score. I secured an overall percentile of 95.52, with a VARC percentile of 99.38, a DILR percentile of 92.87, but my Quant percentile is 52.38. While I understand that BITSoM reviews applications holistically, I’m still concerned whether my relatively low Quant percentile could affect my chances. Could you please help clarify this for me?
