- Toronto has been getting some great cycling weather this November and I'm trying to take advantage of it. I've been wanting to cycle the Uxbridge trail trail for quite some time after seeing it on @CycleYYZ's channel. He's been my main source of route inspirations in Toronto as cycling in the city is very limited and gravel rides far and few so a big shout out and thank you goes to @CycleYYZ
If you have some awesome gravel trail suggestions in and around Toronto, please let me know! Definitely want to check them out!
How far did you guys go? I only covered up to Lindsay and I've been meaning to go back out and do the whole stretch - will be a big ride though.
Not that far. We got to Simcoe St. and turned around. So we were 22km short of going to Lindsay. Good thing we did cause the headwind on the way back was BRUTAL LOL! Barely made it back! Also I found that public parking lot you mentioned! It's the Herrema Soccer Fields
@@captainsolon I still want to get to the elevated bridge between Lindsay and Peterborough, but this would be a 200km+ loop around Scugog. Not something I'm doing solo! I'll have to use that lot next time.
@@cycleyyz when it's warmer I'd love to go out further but I also want to try that kissing bridge ride you did. Looked cool too!
