I'm new here but PLEASE do not ever apologize for your children in the back ground or interrupting to ask a question. They are too young to understand to keep their mouth shut. Viewers need to accept or scroll past your channel. kids are innocent and precious and I feel its nice to see or hear them .
Our favorite salmon "recipe" is to coat it in mustard (any kind) and generously sprinkle on black pepper then grill, etc. That is it! Super easy and so yummy!!
I appreciate the balance that you have with groceries and food ingredients! I also feel like we do an 80/20 or even 70/30 and I’ve been feeling “guilty” about not getting everything that is super clean and organic with no bad ingredients… but it’s incredibly hard to live that way (and also way too expensive) so thank you for enjoying other things in moderation! I appreciate seeing someone else shop similar to me!
Umami seasoning very good! Brings out the flavor of things I would use it egg roll in a bowl on the meat, any Asian dish or tacos, veggies, ramen bowl or soup, mushrooms play around with it a little goes a long way!put in on your tofu and fry it👍

I truly forgot about that too I love them so much I even like to put in with my fresh salad 🥗.... Sometimes I'm so busy I don't have time for a fresh salad even if I buy the salad mix in the bag I love to add my organic baby spinach and then the sugar snap peas. Delicious. Almond four cookie mix is amazing! Healthier option! You can pull out the chips and put your own in 😄also next time you go to Costco pick up the skinny dipped peanut butter cups they are 2 grams of sugar no bad ingredients they use maple sugar and clean ingredients perfect when you have that late night sweet cravings! Sweet salty! Delicious

use the Umami seasoning on anything you'd cook mushrooms with....i love that stuff always have to buy at least 3 bottles of that seasoning

I use the umami seasoning for a mushroom sauce, sometimes cream sauce with baby Portabella’s. It can get spicy, if you use to much. Love the taste.
