Once you get the timing down its really easy did it in 10 minutes on my 5th time doing this to dupe
How do you not get stuck on the bridge after breaking the egg? It worked for me once but not anymore.

if you were ever wondering, blood moons don’t break the dupe you simply just have to do the hold ZL and R and do the jump thing again.
I am going to test more when I get home from work but for the Egg after you watch a memory don't close the menu right away instead wait (The equivalent of 4 Like Like pulses) and then close, pause, hold egg, un pause. this seems to be more consistent. for me at least.

@wqytqqmqnyqs ok suggestions..1 Try moving closer to the control stick just a little bit. 2 could be your timing. Count the pulses out loud. 1,2,3,4, and on the fifth pluse or count, tape A.. after you say five tap A. Also, make sure you're standing in the correct spot to begin with, like in the video. Also for those having issues with the like like: I dont count the pulses. I wait until it pulls back its tooth mouth flap things stnd then hit A and it works 9 out of 10. Just a little help with the timing of that part since the egg is literally hell for me
Honestly fuck the developers that feel the need to patch the better, less convoluted duping methods. They literally got paid already for the production of the game. It's a single player game where duping glitches don't affect anyone. The fact we have to find these insane new ways to do something in a game that we play on our own is crazy.

If anyone has been struggling with getting back to normal again after doing the glitch, what I did was go kill the likelike underneath lookout landing. Saved and reloaded a few times but it didn’t seem to do anything, but removing them did for me.

would closing and reopening the game also work?
@@nategwright potentially but i would recommend killing it as closing the game while the game is still in a glitched state may reset the glitch or worse

@@lukizru sure, I tried saving after doing the trick and getting my items and then reloading that save. Which didn't work. I then teleported to the other side of the map to see if that changed anything, which it also didn't. So instead, I went back under lookout landing to where the likelike (the big worm thing that eats you at the start of the trick) is and I killed it. That did work and brought it back to normal. I think this works because the game is glitched into thinking you're still on the stick because the likelike ate you, which it's not supposed to be able to do like that. This means that by killing it, that state is removed because it's well....dead. In short, go back under lookout landing and kill the big worm thing. Then you're perfectly fine (I think...I was at least). Hope that helps :))
After someone's help I realized what I was doing wrong with the like like. When it first drops down it looks like it pulses 6 times but the first time should be ignored
Sometimes the egg timing thing is either you do it fast or slow it always changes
Hey so question: in your video you mentioned two flukes, one where you get the drop indicator, and one where you get the egg rolling on the ground. In my attempts, I’ve gotten one where the egg is floating in the air, with quick timing. Is this caused by an update, or did you see this in your early runs as well?
Also one where the egg and Link both disappear
If you want to get back to normal just take out an item with the arow on the pad

I keep doing it too fast and when I do get the egg part and I start doing the walk part, right when I get on the bridge and do my next memory Link stops becoming visible even after memories
I think you have to go back to Memories before link turns invis while going on the bridge

Can someone please give a definitive timing on the egg part. I am doing it either too slow or fast everytime based on the video. I only got it to work once in like 2 hours.

If anyone is having trouble with the memory part keep in mind the memory for how long you play it determines how long link is visible I believe.

So I didn't press the b button, got to move a little bit was almost past the bridge and then it just stops working, he no longer shows up after watching a memory and I had not pushed any other buttons then the ones said to. I did .ove the camera tho, 2 times it's done this. Complete bs you should warn next time to not move joystick too
Omg mass duplicating is back i remember the first dupe glitch with the shield jump was fucking amazing
Also i messed it up and tried restarting and the likelike part doesnt work bc whenever it eats me and the device link gets frozen sideways
If you messed up after finishing the Like Like part, the only way to reset the glitched state (according to another commenter) is to kill the Like Like.
Try killing it and then reloading the hard save from before interacting with it. If that doesn't work, try killing it, waiting for a Blood Moon (or look up how to force one) so it respawns, then you should be able to properly start over.
This is all just a guess on my part based on other people's comments.
I ended up getting softlocked by the likelike and never got spit out lol
When i get to the part where its suppose to say that i entered lookout landing but it doesnt say it and i get stuck and it didnt even say i entered lookout landing when im walkimg normally on it please help me

Egg part you need to wait a little bit before link vanish but sometime after watch memory link will dissappear too fast you need to watch memory again

happened to me. i just instantly watched a memory and let the memory play a bit longer and not skip it. when i keep walking i press minus before i get invisible again. it worked for me
Oh, thanks. I figured out you could also move a bit closer to the bridge before you crack the egg, and that helps.
For the memory part link stops moving I didn’t press B 😅
I tried so many times that my game crashed, the cutscenes were all bugged lol
This glitch isnt working, i tried doing it several times and whenever i break the egg and move to the unculled area i stop halfway across the bridge, no i dont press b and i only move my joystick after exiting the memory panel

U enter the cull area at about half of the Bridge and you have to get there with 3 memories watched or Else youll get locked. So try to ascend closer to the bridge that worked for me

@@toshiro-kano Keep rewatching he memory and pressing minus. You get softlocked when you turn invis, so when you are visible, that's when you can move. Keep doing it until you can walk normally to the gate.
@@santasourus2965 I do that but half way across the bridge it stopped working. Every time. No matter how many times I watch the memories it won't let me move at all. I have to reload the save. And yes I'm hitting the minus button not B
What is a "rune wheel" ability? Are you talking about ascend? Then I have lost 6 steering controls and I can always use ascend at that point of the cave. I ascend and Link doesn't disappear 😟

This just no longer works for me, after the egg breaks i watch the memories to keave rhe culling area as he said and i manage to make it have way past the bridge then it just decides to jot work anymore. No other buttons being pushed he just wont appear anymore

My egg doesnt break but sometimes it shows im holding it when i press + but in the game there is no egg, would this still work for the glitch? EDIT: guys ive opted for a seperate glitch as i spent around 6hrs with absolute no success as i glitched out at the bridge prior to breaking the egg
It means you did it too early so just do what he did in the video

What happens if you try to do 4 different items at once instead of 4 of the same item/creature?
It will dupe those items.
To stop the glitch you just have to reload the game

@@Finx64 no it's not. just a bit fiddly. it's massively op once you get but i see your point about grindiness. i mostly did it for the armour upgrades which should definitely have been toned down a bit. i've personally never found a non-satire glitch video, and because the demand isn't that high like it is in say gta online, there's not much incentive to it. you won't regret it once you get it down.

I’m stuck on the Like Like part. I go exactly on fifth pulse. Control stick gets eaten, Link steps on to where the control stick was. That’s it.
Okay. I got in the Like Like. The placement of the control panel is important. Walk passed the stone and place the control panel the instant the interface with the stone disappears.

you probably pressed another button during the memory if you didn't close out with b to begin with that can mess up things too
I do not have that hole in the wall, cave entrance... Is it plot stuff that happens later in the game?

That hole opens up in the wall after beating at least one Dungeon.

Good to note that you can keep r held down while opening the inventory, just make sure not to press L, ZL, ZR, or repressing R while in there!
What do you do this for, during the egg part
@@haydengraham3067 Sorry, it’s not about the egg part. When holding the throwing item in order to be able to take the items you’ve duplicated you can keep R held down when opening your inventory. As long as you’re maning sure to REALLY keep it held down.
If you’re having trouble with the egg part all I can really say is to make sure you are following all the steps, but sometimes it just doesn’t reslly work in my experience. In that case, just reload!

That means you're too early. If you're too late you'll move towards the stick, but it'll get eaten before you get on it and take no damage. You want to press it as soon as the orb in the likelikes mouth reaches its max size on the final pulse before it bites.
Take some time to do the egg but i have second problem. Why cant i pass through the bridge😢
It stuck where link in culling and watch memories wont come out. I didnt click other than the minus and push up.
It worked for me last night but I tried today again and I'm having the same issue. Link gets stuck invisible in the bridge :/
After literally 2 days of attempting this and getting stuck on the bridge too, I finally got it twice in a row. I think you need to watch one memory without moving, before starting to move in-between memories until you cross the bridge. Idk if it was just luck but it worked twice for me at least (still working on making it consistent tho)
@gexku110 holi moli. Thanks you vely much hahahahahah. Watch 1 memory non moving and wait for the loading icon disappear on each time warching memory. After that only start walking on the second memory
That's what I did too after getting stuck 2 times as soon as I reached the bridge.
I did it for the 3rd time I just also changed the angle so that Link would run facing front not sideways. I dont know if it matters though
If you have problems with egg part maybe try to wait one second in the menu before selecting the egg its works all the time for my

It worked for me. A tip for everyone: when egg breaking, push the plus button later rather than early. Just make sure you do it before Link disappears.
I have a question: does this glitch breaks the game in some way? It's my first time doing this so I'm afraid of breaking the game. (I haven't saved for this reason lol)
Makes controls screwed up a bit. I haven't figured out how to fix it yet, but I'm sure you can. Will update if I figure it out. (It makes you unable to press a for doors and steer stick, and you cant use weapons or shields proper)
Edit: seems like waiting, warping and damage does it. I don't know which, I forgot to check :/ do all 3 and see, if still not working right, go back to the save before you did the glitch. Sorry I can't be more help.

I just pushed the R button into the inventory (as shown in the last section of the tutorial) and everything appears to be working now.

After several attempts, it came out.
What I did was wait a bit before grabbing it. I was also going with you to count
I used a apple instead of an egg and it work
I don’t know why but I can’t get the like-like part to work. I think my brain’s timing is delayed TwT
Just wait for the like like to lunge forward then hop on it wait for the 5th pulse
I just became invisible after like like ate the device
That means you did it right. If you wait a second the likelike will lunge where you should be and spit you out

Are we able to do this glitch with 1 egg?
No you need one to activate the glitch at the bridge, which you drop before duping, and another to dupe the items. So you need at least 2
There are 3 things happening, too early you hold the egg, too late the egg drops and swirls around or in time but the egg is just hanging in the air and won't fall/break apart at all. These are the only 3 things happening. This does not work on the first version i guess..
I've actually sometimes had both Link and the egg be invisible as well, though I don't know what causes that.
my egg dropped in item form but didn't break, ig that means i got the timiing right but standing in the wrong position or is there luck to it?

Just follow the instructions and time it right. It's already laid out in the video.
This one doesnt work anymore. The like like will literally snatch up the stick faster than you can get on it. Even if you time it perfect. Rip

what helped me was to move just a tiny bit further after the control action interface but so that the likelike didnt see me

Got to the part where you have to repeat watching memories and get half way across the bridge and the get softlocked and cant move anymore.
Every time I repeat till I get the egg to drop/break and I start moving across the bridge I get stuck half way across the bridge and can't move anymore. Every. Time. It's annoying enough to get the egg to drop and break and still be showing holding in your menu but then the 1/10 times I get it, I then get soft locked halfway across the bridge and I have to restart. There HAS to be simpler ways to dupe items than this.
