Plans changed when Orlando Brick Co came into existence. I was looking at 2500+ sqft before but went smaller when I found out I’ll have 2 rooms of office/studio space now. I effectively have 5 rooms + a master bed and garage for storage.

Home ownership buddy! It’s when you suddenly discover you need to o Buy and own ‘stuff’. A holder for kitchen roll, mats for coffee cups, a toilet brush, towels, extension cables, lights, nails, screws, batteries, tools. Just STUFF! Good job though, it looks great.
