@@Varkensstad brother I mean when an artist cover in his own style, with his own guitar tone and production and add a piece of it in his original composition then he will give you credit as co composer, Co arranger and in pre/post production
@@asimshah1795 it’s not really a cover if they’re adding to the original composition. Metallica’s “Turn the Page” is vastly different to Bob Seger’s but Bob Seger is still the songwriter. Metallica just gets a performance credit for playing it their way. That’s how cover songs work.
