I’m 24 and literally having a quarter life crisis. I’m, too, still at my parents’ house and I’m so lost and depressed. But this song saved me cuz i realized I’m not the only one who feels this way. Thanks for the amazing music!
Im 25 and honestly it doesnt get any better. I got mild depression, im stuck in this small city where finding needle in haystack is much easier than finding jobs. Unemployed, ugly, old, and a waste of space.
I had no friends or money on my 24th birthday this past august .. I don’t know what happened in my life it’s like something finally clicked ! I have to get my shit together
As a 29 year old, I believe your whole 20's and mid 30's is all about trial & error and finding yourself on how to fit in with society. Don't be depressed, you're still young! Enjoy your youth while you can! 💙
"Feels like yesterday when we were kids" , "Got no friends , still depressed" This is the most relatable song I've heard. The entire song is literally my life.
I'm 22, all my friends have graduated, got a job, and even gotten married. Meanwhile, I'm here still at college because I changed my major. I was down, yes, countless times, but I'm trying to accept myself now that everyone has their own road and pace. I switched major to design which my parents never agreed on, but they did eventually, I feel like having a little 'privilege' on that because Asian kids major in arts is only one in a million. Whether you're a doctor, lawyer, engineer, or a failure, choose one. I hope everyone, who's struggling rn will find peace of mind someday, it's not a destination, it's a process. Embrace it, it's part of you.
Couldn’t agree. It is really hard to know what everyone wants. Not everyone has the mental capacity or financial resources to pursue a high expectation college major. I’ve switched many times from wanting to be a pharmacist and now I want to do Health Administration now. Try to stay happy and live life to the fullest. 😊
I am 24. And I don't know what am I doing with my life. Living with parents, no job, no kids, no marriage plans, literally lost in life. But I am feeling good to find this song, it comforts me. Thank you!❤
me rn honestly. I don't even know what I even WANT to get a job at, or if I want to go to college or not. My friends both know what they want to be and both went to college. and I'm just here.
today (30/01/24) is my 24th birthday and I just discovered this song. it's crazy how it demonstrates 100% what I feel today. this life is def not what I imagined it was gonna be like when I was a teen... 24, living with my parents, without a stable job, single and apparently losing friends. I've been on verge of tears all day but well... happy birthday to me.
You just described me. With every passing year I have less friends. I‘m still single which is pretty painful right now and gets worse every year. It’s difficult to find a girlfriend. I‘m also living with my parents (but so do my friends which makes that point a bit easier) and no job, right now I am studying and asking myself if the thing that I am studying is really something I want to do the rest of my life. As teenager things were so easy, just living, having a lot of friends and don’t stress so much about future. When I‘m listening to old songs I always have this nostalgic melancholic feeling inside me.
I am 22 but still relate to this ... All the people with whom I went to school. Most of them are getting jobs, earning, getting married. And I am in medical school giving exams and endlessly studying
I don’t compare myself to people who didn’t go to college or uni because obviously most of them will “start” their lives sooner as in get a job sooner, buy a house etc. neither should you because we all have our own pace in life
I am turning 22 years old in 11 days. This song is relatable to me. I am an undergrad student. My friends are married, have children, have jobs, applying for grad school etc. I am trying to figure out what I am doing with my life and also trying to get my shit together.
I genuinely wanted to cry when I first heard this song. I've never had a song describe my life so perfectly. I am 21, but I still live with my parents, don't have a job, have no friends and have no plans for the future. I did go to college for a few years but stopped cause I just have no idea what to do next. Everyone around me is growing up except me. I am constantly anxious, stressed and unmotivated. I don't know if I'll ever be ok.
Never have I ever related to a song more! I'm 24, still living at home, have no friends, all the people I went to school with are either married, have kids, or are working their dream jobs already. I thought I would have my life figured out by this age but I really haven't even started at all because idk how?!! Why is life so hard idk what I'm doing.
28 and still stuck with these thoughts, banging my head against the wall trying to understand what to do and where to go, with the only impression that i'm running late compared to my age. It never really stops.
Elder generation tells us that that’s the happiest time of our lives. I believe that’s because they already forgot the struggles they had to face at this point in their lives
My father does not say this. At my age he already felt very bad, but got better within the years. It’s this age when you’re adult and need to get your things together without knowing how and feeling that time is like your biggest enemy. I mean, that’s life but it’s hard sometimes.
I’m 28 now, I finally bought a house, Lost my job and now I’m out. Friends getting married, My daughter’s mother left me, I barely recognise myself. Father asked me what my plan is for the future, Water and a cigarette is all I have for dinner. I’m 28 now, You’d think I had it figured out.
It's my 24th birthday today, and not a single song has ever hit me as hard as this song did. My friends are getting married, having kids, my younger siblings are getting partners and dream jobs, and I'm here single af, working a minimal wage dead-end job, nothing figured out. Hope this coming year will be less stressful year than the previous year. Sending love to all the people here feeling the same way! Love this song so much!! from Japan
I'm 23 and I feel like time is so fast, and I barely do anything or achieve anything. I see people my age, or even younger than me have done so many things already. That always makes me feel sad, or even insecure. I even remember myself being so inspired, motivated, full of hope, passion, and dreams, that "at this age I'll be this and that" bla-bla... And now I'm just... . . . . I'm just... :((
I understand. My college experience when I tried was crap, and it seems like a lot of people's are going so smoothly, and it's like how? I know people don't show everything on social media, but still.
2000 kids are experiencing this this year 😢I'm having an existential crisis thinking about it but this song and the comment section is very comforting ❤
Me too. It feels so weird. But one thing I am glad for is to be alive. Someone who was in the same kindergarten as me passed away at 22 and that is even scarier, not to have the opportunity to live.
My friend just turned 24 and i liked this song. I’m turning 24 about 4 months too but to be honest I’m not confused. For me success has no age and i do know this age is not for marriage or kids or serious decisions. Twenties is something for me and i should not stress and force myself into stuff I don’t want. Twenties is about many changes. It is temporary. Twenties is something you got to learn, gain experience, grow. Who ever is seeing this comment remember that you went out from high school just for 3 years back, you can’t be perfect!! It will take time and that is normal. And fun fact the human brain is not fully developed before 25. Chill out and everything will be okay😊
I’m not 24 yet, but this is genuinely hitting me so hard. I’ve only recently entered college, and reflecting back it really hit hard, every day still feels the same here. It’s nice to come to this song to just cry for a bit
Im 32 now, but this song is actually about what I was feeling in my 24. Lot of work, lot of stress, grandpa’s death, girlfriend living in 450 miles away. And when I hit 25 I like “Stop it, it’s time for change”. I left my house, my city, moving to my girl, got new work, my girl become my wife, life is improving. Now I finally feels happy, everyday is a good day, but I never forget what was my life been before.
That's nice your moving to your woman. I'm assuming your married to that lady now. Your 32, but I'm actually turning 24 this week. 2000 boys & girls, let's go! 🎉
"Birthday's here, I'm still depressed. Got no friends just tons of stress." How my birthday's have been ever since I turned 14 :) starting my 4 years of college in Spring next year and I feel like nothing will change. Can't wait to play this song on repeat on future b-days though! ❤
Turned 24 last month, and I couldn't relate to this more. I sleep all day. When I'm not asleep, I'm gaming. No job, no driver's license, single, only friends are online, and I still live with the fam. Sure I'm doing well in college, but I feel like I have already missed out on so much. I'm out of shape, never party or do anything social (too shy and unsure of myself), and I just don't know what I want to do with my life. I know I want to move out, but after that I don't know...
In my case moving out of the family house was scary at the beggining but I spent some quality time on my own and figured out a lot of stuff thanks to this. I hope everything will turn out to be okay for you, take care :)
Tomorrow is my 24th birthday. I accidentally found this music video and the lyrics really relate to my life now. Thank you for the song, I will encourage myself for my future life. And for anyone who might read this, I hope you can be the best you in your life. Wish you all the best!
I'll turn 24 in a month and accidentally (or not) found this gem in my Instagram ads. I've never found any song as relatable as this before. Lyrics to lyrics explains my life very very precisely.
Im 24 and im in this same condition , its a comfort to realized that i'm not the only one who feels like this same way ..happy 24 to all 🥰🥰 From Srilanka 🇱🇰
This song is literally about me😅 I'm also 24 and idk why live is so hard. I'm from Russia and really glad to know that I'm not only one in the world. Guys who born in 1999, i believe everything will be alright 😊😊😊
it's my birthday today and i just turned 24, it's amazing how much this song encapsulates everything i feel and more. because after graduating from uni, i really thought everything would be easier but i was so wrong. everything's already hard, but it doesn't help that everyone around me seems like they have life all figured out, while i can't even wake up in the morning without wanting to cry my eyes out. i feel so empty inside so i pushed everyone away - which explains how outside family, no one even remembers that it's my birthday. honestly, i hope someone or something out there could tell me with absolute conviction that everything's going to be worth it in the end, because if not, what's the point?
"it feels like yesterday when we were kids" 🎶 I'm 24 and this song is relatable. 😄 But just enjoy life. Everything will fall into places at the right time 🙏❤
I’m 24. Lost and depressed. Glad that I am not alone at least. I have you guys. Cheers to all in their quarter life.. let’s depressed together. I also don’t know how to get out of the crisis
I'm 24 in June, I'm completely depressed and just like in music, I live with my mom, I don't have any friends and the ones I do have are super settled with their lives and I'm basically surviving one more day here. Completely lost and aimless, I'm afraid of not giving time, of dying before I live. Thanks for the music I felt at least a little more welcomed. ❤️ (I'm sorry if something went wrong, I'm from Brazil and my English is still not perfect)
I read from a comment somewhere saying that you MUST learn DISCIPLINE. In life there is NO guidelines. The only book you will ever write is your own life. Everyone moves at their own pace.
exactly this song write about me now, i'm 24 now and living with my mom, jobless and try find sth to make me feel love this life again after alot of shit had passed my life in the past
I'm 24 and will be turning 25 two months later. Accidentaly found this music, it gave me comfort yet bring more anxiety. I need to figure out my life plan as soon as possible. I can't live forever in my parents house.
Find people online to live with as roommates. Make sure it's people you can ABSOLUTELY TRUST! If they seem distant or don't respond often, find another person. Y'all can figure out stuff together~ I'm 24 rn living with my 2 partners as "roommates".
so real, yet so glad to have found this song in the right time, along with the people in the comments who also relate :') while i'm super lucky in my life right now, but deep down i know, this won't last long... I can't rely on my parents forever, we're not getting any younger, i feel like my current efforts aren't getting me anywhere... feeling like i wasn't meant to live this long...
I'm 24 now and still living at my parents' house. Most of the people at my age around me are married and have kids. Others are already achieving their dream jobs and getting successful while I am still here. There are times I am getting sad over it and it feels like time is really moving slow, but I know I will have my time soon in God's perfect timing. I will have my own apartment with a relaxing view. I will have a boyfriend that loves and respects me. I will have a family that I will cherish the most when I am ready. All in God's perfect timing. ❤
I turn 24 today and this song couldn't be more accurate tbh. The longest relationship I've ever had was with depression and anxiety lol. Spent more than a decade with those two and I still don't know what to do with my life and why I get so depressed on my birthdays. Thanks for this banger! ♥
I am 22 and my life is going no where. I don't know what to do and I don't know where I am really good at. I am just barely existing and floating in the air. Meanwhile the people around me are already winning life and achieving their own dreams.
My 24th is going on for the first and the last time. I am a person who can't express properly herself. But now I have this song. I don't have to put my own words. This is the exact situation I am going through. So Thanks. Love from India. 😇💖
god this song is so sadly relatable, there isn’t a single lyric i don’t agree with, especially the birthday part, considering that was today and i was completely alone
i recently found this song on my spotify and dang. I’m 24, yes still at my parents house. thank you for helping others realize they aren’t alone 🩷 haven’t had a song do that since i was a teenager
I just discovered this song in an Instagram Reel and I just relate. I'm 24, living with my parents, jobless, with no clear direction and this makes me feel scared, anxious and sad
I turned 24 this November. Jobless. Ambitionless or rather giving up on my goals. All my accomplishments feel like a waste. Still a Hopeless Romantic. Unhappy. And I have nothing figured out. 🍻🍻
Born in 2001 and turning 24 this year. For some reason 23 and 24 hitted me way harder than 21 and 22. It's so strange that 21 and 22 we and the world still see us kinda like teenagers still, it doesn't feel awkward and strange, but as soon as I became 23 I started feeling like "wow now this is the age of an adult". Idk why but, 24 sounds so serious, I think that's just how I used to see adults when I was like 15/16, I just can't believe all these years have gone.
I found you from Instagram and I am addicted to this song, I’m only 19 going on 20 but I relate to this song so much dealing with depression. I love this💗🙌🏾
I'm 24..and this song hit me perfectly cause most of the lines are exactly about me..i never thought that there are many people who are experiencing same as me.. Hey my 24 team..don't worry..let's keep going...love and peace💚
I'm 24 now Still at my parents house Thought I would have it figured out Friends getting married, one has a baby I barely recognize this town Mama asked me what my plan is for the future But I don't even know what's going on for dinner I'm 24 now, thought I could finally settle down Party's end before I'm drunk Friday night I'm tired as fuck I don't know how I ended up like this Can someone tell me what the hell I missed? Birthday's here, I'm still depressed Got no friends, just lots of stress It feels like yesterday when we were kids Can someone tell me what the hell I missed? Cause I don't know Sleep till the sun's down, another breakdown Feels like the days are the same New type of anxious, school never taught this And what the fuck are taxes anyway I tell myself I won't be sitting going bitter And now I see it when I'm looking in the mirror I'm 24 now, wondering when I will be okay Party's end before I'm drunk Friday night I'm tired as fuck I don't know how I ended up like this Can someone tell me what the hell I missed? Birthday here, I'm still depressed Got no friends, just lots of stress It feels like yesterday when we were kids Can someone tell me what the hell I missed? Cause I don't know Oooh, Cause I don't know Oooh, Cause I don't know Oooh Can someone tell me what the hell I missed? Cause I don't know
I just turned 24 and I feel so lost. I always thought I'd be married by now but im still all alone it's nice to know that im not alone in this maze of life
Just go at your own pace y'all! Back then, minimum wage jobs used to be enough to support a whole family, and that's where the expectation of moving out at 18 came from! It's pretty much impossible to do that now, and you still have so much time! You're never too old and it's never too late to do anything! You can do it!
This is superb like seriously the music is so peaceful and the lyrics r so connecting i am not 24 i will be soon this song makes me sad but i love hearing it again and again
I’m 24 and literally having a quarter life crisis. I’m, too, still at my parents’ house and I’m so lost and depressed. But this song saved me cuz i realized I’m not the only one who feels this way. Thanks for the amazing music!
Same 🥺
Yea I am 22 and I relate to it…
I'm 24 now and my twin sister has an amazing job and an amazing life and I'm a college drop out with no future living in my parents house 🙃😐
Im 25 and honestly it doesnt get any better. I got mild depression, im stuck in this small city where finding needle in haystack is much easier than finding jobs. Unemployed, ugly, old, and a waste of space.

I like your energy...and * I don't know about you but i'm feeling 22 * 😂
24 now & could relate to every single word in the song.
Is this how all our 24's are supposed to be?
Should you tried cold water it reduces stress and depression it help me along
It's been a year. How are things going on
@Lalucy139 Sadly not much has changed. This is gonna be the year though.
Tomorrow is my 24th birthday. I accidentally found this music video and the lyrics really relate to my life now. Thank you for the song, I will encourage myself for my future life.
And for anyone who might read this, I hope you can be the best you in your life. Wish you all the best!
Happy Birthday to us 😅
I'm 24 and I'm feeling just like that
I'll turn 24 in a month and accidentally (or not) found this gem in my Instagram ads. I've never found any song as relatable as this before. Lyrics to lyrics explains my life very very precisely.
Same
i'm just 21, but still this song is so relatable, i don't feel too lonely after finding out about this, you guys are amazing :)
You have 3 years to proof the lyrics are wrong, for u
2 years later, how's life treating you? :)

Why is this song my life!! Literally!!
it's my birthday today and i just turned 24, it's amazing how much this song encapsulates everything i feel and more. because after graduating from uni, i really thought everything would be easier but i was so wrong. everything's already hard, but it doesn't help that everyone around me seems like they have life all figured out, while i can't even wake up in the morning without wanting to cry my eyes out. i feel so empty inside so i pushed everyone away - which explains how outside family, no one even remembers that it's my birthday. honestly, i hope someone or something out there could tell me with absolute conviction that everything's going to be worth it in the end, because if not, what's the point?
i hope you're doing better?
How's everything?
This song made my last 24-year-old-day wonderful!✨️
Thank u for giving me the days with this song!❤
"it feels like yesterday when we were kids" 🎶
I'm 24 and this song is relatable. 😄
But just enjoy life. Everything will fall into places at the right time 🙏❤
I turn 24 in a month and 23 has felt like this song, hopefully things get better this next year!
I’m 24. Lost and depressed. Glad that I am not alone at least. I have you guys. Cheers to all in their quarter life.. let’s depressed together. I also don’t know how to get out of the crisis
今年で24歳…
共感できるところが多すぎる
声も曲も可愛くて大好きです♥️
I'm here from SAT and I needed to listen this song like a million times!!
Omg I relate a lot to this comment, I hope you're doing better now
Me too broh, now 25. Fooked 😂
Your English is pretty good. We can understand you. I hope things get better.
I'm 24 in june this year~ happy 26th birthday
THIS IS SO GOOD WHAT
I read from a comment somewhere saying that you MUST learn DISCIPLINE. In life there is NO guidelines. The only book you will ever write is your own life. Everyone moves at their own pace.
30, and I fully relate. I'm glad to see the comments though, as more and more people seem to realize how twisted this current society is.
24, escaped my parents toxic abusive environment, living with roommates, anxious, jumpy, happy, less depressed.
exactly this song write about me now, i'm 24 now and living with my mom, jobless and try find sth to make me feel love this life again after alot of shit had passed my life in the past
Y'all can figure out stuff together~
I'm 24 rn living with my 2 partners as "roommates".
so real, yet so glad to have found this song in the right time, along with the people in the comments who also relate :')
while i'm super lucky in my life right now, but deep down i know, this won't last long... I can't rely on my parents forever, we're not getting any younger, i feel like my current efforts aren't getting me anywhere... feeling like i wasn't meant to live this long...
I’ve never been resonated with a song like this before. This song hits too deep. Thankyou for showing that I’m not alone. ✨
New anthem. I can cry listening to this.
I listened to this on my 24th birthday and now here I am a year later
I turn 24 today and this song couldn't be more accurate tbh. The longest relationship I've ever had was with depression and anxiety lol. Spent more than a decade with those two and I still don't know what to do with my life and why I get so depressed on my birthdays. Thanks for this banger! ♥
I am 22 and my life is going no where. I don't know what to do and I don't know where I am really good at. I am just barely existing and floating in the air. Meanwhile the people around me are already winning life and achieving their own dreams.
Only people who truly loves music would be able to find this kind of masterpiece song
I just pray someday we all will get it figured out and hope the days to pass way soon for something good🙂
My 24th is going on for the first and the last time.
I'm 24 today, and I felt like this song
thank u for the raw and honest lyrics, i dont feel as alone
i recently found this song on my spotify and dang. I’m 24, yes still at my parents house. thank you for helping others realize they aren’t alone 🩷 haven’t had a song do that since i was a teenager
This is my anthem rn, thanks for composing a relatable masterpiece babe
I just discovered this song in an Instagram Reel and I just relate. I'm 24, living with my parents, jobless, with no clear direction and this makes me feel scared, anxious and sad
상큼상큼
I turned 24 this November. Jobless. Ambitionless or rather giving up on my goals. All my accomplishments feel like a waste. Still a Hopeless Romantic. Unhappy. And I have nothing figured out. 🍻🍻
Saw a post in SAT and had to find the full song, I feel this song in my soul, love it
Eeyyy! Same! Hahaha! 😃
Agreed!! This song and her voice deserves so much more recognition :)
Same! I love your song 😍
Mood. I feel like it's my theme tune (╥_╥)
I'm 20, and this song speaks to me.
I'm glad I found this pretty soon...I usually find good songs after years of their release
This hits hard
Im 24 this month and this is my song by far.
한국에서 왔어요!! 노래 너무좋아요!! 짱짱!!
On repeat since I've found this treasure! Love your music!!!
I love this💗🙌🏾
Glad im not alone 😔 wish u guys everythings good in ur life 💗
I'm 24..and this song hit me perfectly cause most of the lines are exactly about me..i never thought that there are many people who are experiencing same as me..
Hey my 24 team..don't worry..let's keep going...love and peace💚
I’m about to be 24 on the 31st of this month and this is exactly how I feel
Just few more months until my 23rd birthday, this will be my birthday anthem. Ty for making such a deep relatable song for us🖤
Just know u on the ig thru this song and have to come here instantly 😂 love this vibe🎉
I'm 24 now
Still at my parents house
Thought I would have it figured out
Friends getting married, one has a baby
I barely recognize this town
Mama asked me what my plan is for the future
But I don't even know what's going on for dinner
I'm 24 now, thought I could finally settle down
Party's end before I'm drunk
Friday night I'm tired as fuck
I don't know how I ended up like this
Can someone tell me what the hell I missed?
Birthday's here, I'm still depressed
Got no friends, just lots of stress
It feels like yesterday when we were kids
Can someone tell me what the hell I missed?
Cause I don't know
Sleep till the sun's down, another breakdown
Feels like the days are the same
New type of anxious, school never taught this
And what the fuck are taxes anyway
I tell myself I won't be sitting going bitter
And now I see it when I'm looking in the mirror
I'm 24 now, wondering when I will be okay
Party's end before I'm drunk
Friday night I'm tired as fuck
I don't know how I ended up like this
Can someone tell me what the hell I missed?
Birthday here, I'm still depressed
Got no friends, just lots of stress
It feels like yesterday when we were kids
Can someone tell me what the hell I missed?
Cause I don't know
Oooh, Cause I don't know
Oooh, Cause I don't know
Oooh
Can someone tell me what the hell I missed?
Cause I don't know

Doing God's work ^_^ you rock
How are you able to make a song this stupidly relatable
25 btw and I felt every lyric of it deep in my chest
You popped up on my FYP on tiktok... I never knew I needed this. I literally felt this on another level. This explains how I feel. Thanks you.
It explains exactly my situation and my 24 years old... I fell so depressed and lost
I just turned 24 and I feel so lost. I always thought I'd be married by now but im still all alone it's nice to know that im not alone in this maze of life
4 more years til' I'm 24 🤞🏻❤
So glad I came across this! The vibes in this song! 🔥💯💛
This song is calling me out and I don't now how to feel about it👀
Just go at your own pace y'all! Back then, minimum wage jobs used to be enough to support a whole family, and that's where the expectation of moving out at 18 came from! It's pretty much impossible to do that now, and you still have so much time! You're never too old and it's never too late to do anything! You can do it!
I listen to your music almost every night and that’s why I can wake up.
This is superb like seriously the music is so peaceful and the lyrics r so connecting i am not 24 i will be soon this song makes me sad but i love hearing it again and again
