Fir is not out of any investigation . its only frist hand information about a incident yar which could be right or wrong.
These judgments and authorities of higher courts are useless. How we can get rid of this system. After piling up law degrees llb,llm,london and UK degress you are dependent daily and whole your life confusing yourself in the mess of legal digests pld,scmr,ylr etc These useless digests sucks your pockets and time,
