You have to beat ALL STARS with a 80 - 85% Accuracy I think but I could be wrong and you just need to beat the song in general
If your talking about the ending song then just beat the song in general I barely got 30% of the notes and it appeared for me

Theres a toggle-able setting called bots I think in the Afternight settings cog and there you can change the opponent bots and characters in a song
